Gold Vanguard Posted April 10, 2013 Share Posted April 10, 2013 In battle when an Mercenary/Hero isn't attacking they toss their sword in the air. If by some chance a unit attacks them while they toss their weapon the sword will float in mid air! Example: Gregor got attacked by an enemy unit while tossing his sword. He blocked the attack but his sword was floating in the air while blocking. When he striked back the sword reappeared in his hand. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Topaz Light Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 I'm no expert but I'm guessing this has to do with the way the tossed sword's motions are programmed relative to the main body model. The designers probably just didn't think to program special animations to handle them blocking/dodging/taking damage mid-sword toss, so they didn't.
