Something like drinking water would be a 0 cactuar. Adding salt to your drinking water and finishing it would be a 1 cactuar. Pulling the antics of Remi Gillard is a 15 Cactuar. Spontaneously kissing a person sitting next to you, then dancing around and running around is 50 cactuars. Its effectively the jank scale. The jankier the action the higher the rating.
