Stupid things you've heard people say

What's worse is that this is just the stuff I can recall off the top of my head while watching stuff on Youtube. I deal with comments like this every day to the point where they've become a degenerate morass of stupidity where it's pretty hard to pick out one unique example simply because I hear them so often they all start to flow together.

I avoid them entirely actually. I already have enough stupid people in my life and on forums, why do I need youtube comments?

I honestly can't believe the one that mix Africa and America. It's literally impossible to not know what America is if you live in the west, since the american culture has so much impact in the rest of the western world. The guy was probably joking or have mental problems.

At least the guns part is true.

I think it was more of usual teenage stupidity/superiority mixed in with general contempt for the outside world. I can believe he mixed them up though (he did imply he was from Europe which would mean he doesn't deal with either on a normal basis). What makes it so... irksome though is the general tone mixed with the smug superiority. I won't act like American teens do the same, but this one sticks out the most to me, especially since they also managed to confuse Africa with Canada.
