  1. 1. Now he's finished with the current game, what will he do next?

    • Reboot Donkey Kong Jr. Math

    • Team up with Hideo Kojima for "Mario and Solid Snake at the Olympic Games"

I used to main him. I was actually told I was too quick in how I used him after a while. It just takes good placement to make up for his speed. Stop saying things that will insult other people like that.

Im not insulting anyone, im just saying how marth fights.

One strategy I use is to intentionally not tip as a means to rack up damage and then tipper to finish them off. Granted, I don't always use it when against a difficult opponent

(bonus points if you taunt and he backs away before taunting and preparing to attack).

I've yet to encounter someone on For Glory who doesn't attack me when I'm taunting. Bad sportsmanship I say. I hate that.

I have the opposite. Any time I do a taunt, the other guy just runs to the opposite side of the stage, and spams taunts and teabags kinda like a timeout

you're not supposed to taunt unless you know you're safe...

It's not like I allow them to hit me. I usually taunt right after getting a kill. Many of them attack me right after they respawn, even if the taunt animation isn't over.

You have to consider that a taunt is, well, a taunt. Taunting isn't really polite to begin with, its not like a salute or a handshake, it's rubbing in your superiority. If you choose to taunt and you get hit, it's your fault.

You know, after playing a few rounds against lv9 CPUs and lv7 Classic Mode using a Brawler Mii with an equipment that gives the baseball bat by default, I can't help but shake the expression that the AI really sucks at dealing with baseball bats this time around. Well, maybe it was just this effective because I was also using equipment that increased the speed of those kind of smash attacks but either way this was hilarious.

It's just too bad that Master Core ruins this approach for every Classic Mode run above 7.9 difficulty.

Are lvl.9 brawlers on smash 4 really hard, cos ive only done up to lvl.7 . Any tips ?

just play against the level 9s and learn how to beat them. playing other people would probably be better than that because computers can give you bad habits.

So... has anyone downloaded the 1.0.3 update yet?

Supposedly, these are the changes...

>Yoshi no longer has armour on his aerials

> Wario's weird vectoring is still present
> Mega Buster (FSmash) now travels farther (Almost half the stage)
> "The Conquest Chart will no longer be displayed when Conquest Mode is active."
> ZSS Apparently nerfed, DSpecial and UpSpecial don't KO at 90%
> Ness' DAir Meteors are easier to hit
> Falcon DThrow easier to connect, knee also easier to connect
> Possible upgrade in internet servers
> Yoshi Ledge glitch unfixed
> Ganon DTilt has a different trajectory. (From straight up to up and away)
> They fixed ALL of Meta Knights hitbox problems
> Sheik has little to no landing lag on her FAir
> Shulk's FAir got a range increase, shorter landing lag
> Robin's Arcfire lasts longer (probably a frame or two, never used her much)
> DK's smashes come out faster (small amount)
> Marth's ranges are slightly longer

Of course, the only one that I really care about is that DK's smashes are quicker...

There isn't one, to my knowledge.

Then your knowledge is lacking, as I've just downloaded it. :smug:

Besides, it was seen in the "50 facts" direct.

That change list is fake. No one who's tested has noticed anything.

Not a gameplay thing but it is true that conquest no longer let's you see the current results. Apparently a typo has also been fixed in the Mii Fighter Creator.

That's why I started my post with the word "supposedly".

So it was preferable to leave it up in the air because you said "supposedly?"

You posted it, unsure, and I debunked it. What's the problem?

Just finished installing the update and all I can say is:

-Yoshi can still teleport

-Meta Knight still has the no-hit tipper.

-ZSS can still perform the footstool to stun infinite on Robin.

What do you mean these've been removed? They're still in.

@Jotari

Yes, you can no longer see the current results in Conquest. It displays as "??%" so that you can no longer know which side's winning by a landslide and side with them instantly.
