Carter Posted August 20, 2013 Share Posted August 20, 2013 I just find it funny that Frederick always ends up average in terms of popularity. Not loved a lot, but not disliked much either. He's always just "okay" to most people. Yet, average is hardly the word to describe him as a character. lol I would use obsessive-compulsive instead. lol And as for Stahl, I love him cause he's so nice too! And he's a great unit. darkkfan Posted August 20, 2013 Share Posted August 20, 2013 The good thing about Stahl is the fact that he is SO Normal. This make him look better than the entire cast by default. Pretty much this. The gimmicky characters are either a net positive or a net negative, and Stahl being neutral automatically makes him a better character than all of the latter. He's not my favorite (and I'd be surprised if he was anyone's favorite really), but he isn't my least favorite either (Likewise, I doubt many people really hate Stahl). Now, I haven't seen all of Stahl's supports, but Gaius is a well rounded character to me. I loved his Scramble convos and his supports with Maribelle and Chrom.
