FE:A Maximum Damage Guide

MelonGx

Recommended Posts

This guide is an extended work from this board's old posts.

Miiverse version (Japanese, screen-captures enhanced)

[Main character]

Vaike!Gerome!Morgan @ Warrior

[Weapons]

Parthia

An axe with MT 17+ (use for making VGM himself HP 1)

[skills]

LB, Aggressor, Bowfaire, All+2/Str+2/HP+5*, Vengeance

(* HP+5 is theoretically availble but it's difficult to make a HP-90 character's HP drop to 1, so it's not recommended by myself)

[boosts]

Pair with a Rank A+ Warrior/Berserker

HP & STR tonic

Rally Heart & Spectrum & Strength

Special Dance

Barracks (+STR)

[Characters for being battled with]

An Assassin/Bow Knight with HP+5, Counter, Miracle, (RFK/LCK+4/LB)*2 - Nidhogg equipped

A DEF.3 Deirdre/Amelia @ Pegasus Knight

(Group them into your 2nd 3DS's StreetPass team**, or launch them on Paralogue 22)

(** Due to the StreetPass bug, only Japanese version is available to use that.)

[P.S.]

NORMAL DIFFICULTY ONLY

(In Hard+, both StreetPass battle and Paralogue 22 will increase enemy Deirdre/Amelia's DEF that makes the damage unable to be maximized.)

Can people stop being a dick to MelonGx whenever he makes a thread? Shadowofchaos's video is not perfect and there's some possible improvements to it.

How about using a forged Blessed Lance against a zombie?

...or you know you could...just watch shadowofchaos'es video...or something

It's the absolute maximum this time.

I screwed up by choosing a luck flaw and STR cap went down.

Besides, I'm not the one that came up with the setup.

fair enough. you mention it in the video, though.

If you give the Assassin/BK an HP Tonic on the world map/preparations menu and then deploy them in Par.22, the copy should have the tonic as well. If you need a 22-mt axe for the boost, forged Hector's Axes work.

Never mind.

But meh... They use a Japanese copy, they don't really need to work around spotpass characters.

North American and European copies, do.

How about using a forged Blessed Lance against a zombie?

Parthia: 59(Warrior) + A(Skills, Boosts & Vengeance) + (19*3+2)(Parthia) = 215

Forged BL: 61(General) + A + (16*3+2)(forged BL) = 208

So Parthia method is still better because of Parthia's higher MT.

BTW, using a Noble Rapier against a Great Knight doesn't make the NR's MT x9. It's still x3.

If using Para 22:

Use King Marth or Spotpass!Ephraim @[Magic Class] to serve as the Counter/Miracle user. Grind his LCK out in Physical classes, Grab Miracle and then straight promote him to Sage, by all means he'll hit like a wet noodle, so, him Counter/Miracleing you won't kill on recovery. [He's got 67% Miracle after tonic, limit and RFK.]

If you're aiming for maximum Magic damage: Dagdar has -2 RES personal, and is a L1 Warrior. No rigging needed for a Wyvern with 0 RES [No stat can actually be negative, although Personal stats do affect stat boosters, so Dagdar devours a talisman. >_>;;].

How about using a forged Blessed Lance against a zombie?

Forged Blessed Lance: 16x3: 48 MT

vs.

Parthia: 19x3: 57

Strength difference between General and a Warrior is 2.

Defense difference between -1 PK and a 0 Revevenant/Entombed is 3.

Warrior/Parthia wins because after those factors, the additions are identical.
