I'd take a terribly bad english voice acting over a regular japanese one all the time. The way the japanese voice acting is so exaggerated and high pinched hurts my ears. But some background on Chaos Wars: The usual suspects of Atrocious Acting are at play here, but in quantities even bad acting masochists would call gluttonous. Bad writing, nonsensical conversations, bad acting, miscast actors, stumbles, mumbles, miscues, really bad audio production work - it's all present and accounted for. Shortly after release, a number of websites parsed the credits of the game to realize that a fair number of the "actors" in the game were just friends and family of the CEO. I understand perfectly well that one might prefer japanese voice acting, and I don't think things should stop being voice acted in japanese lol I just said I dislike it.
