Nobody
IIRC wikipedia has many versions in old languages that no one speaks anymore. I think there are even some wikipedias in fictional languages, like klingon or whatever it's called.

Cowboy Karimov
I went to Wikipedia in Scots, and I can understand it perfectly. I don't understand why it's called a language rather than a dialect of English. At least I can say I'm bilingual.

Cowboy Karimov
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oïl_languages I can understand many of them since my first language is French. Let me demonstrate by translating the In The News section. The International Court of Justice rules that Japan's whale hunt is not for scientific purposes and must be stopped. At least seventy-eight people are killed in an Ebola outbreak in West Africa. The North Atlantic Council appoints Jens Stoltenberg (pictured) as the next Secretary General of NATO. At least I can say I'm bilingual. Scots one is not the Scottish language. It's just poking fun at the Scottish dialect, I think, although I'm not 100% up on how people view the Scottish dialect since we don't have many Scots here. This is what you get when you search for "Scottish Gaelic" in the language search.
