Julius Nepos
I've noticed that in the arena in FE3 a fighting round is sometimes started by the player's character and sometimes by the opponent. Does anyone know how the game decides who gets the first attack in a round? I've tried looking for the answer on the site, but I can't find it. Book of Ereshkigal
Speed, I'd imagine. Is the unit that goes first doubling?
Julius Nepos
Speed, I'd imagine. Is the unit that goes first doubling? Who goes first differs per round, so the only way I can imagine a stat deciding it is if there is a random factor added to it. Doubling doesn't seem to have an effect on who goes first. Book of Ereshkigal
Oh, sorry, I misunderstood your question, I thought by round you meant the entire arena match. ...yeah that is weird.
Julius Nepos
According to this page on pegasusknight.com (Japanese source) it's entirely random (though someone should probably double-check: my Japanese isn't that good).
