EricaofRenais
So New Year's Day is almost here and that means that my family will be making tamales and black eyed peas to have for breakfast on New Year's Day. I was wondering what other people do, or what other traditions people have for New Year's, so please share if you want what you do every year. Maji
Usually go travelling and ending up getting drunk with strangers I just met in a hostel. Not this year though as I'm strapped for cash, so I'm probably just going to hide in my room and play 3DS and sip on Qingdao beer or something. DragonLord
Neither my family nor I have ever seen the need to make a deal out of it. We just treat it like any normal day.
Sentacotus
Blackeyed peas, glass of wine, and watching it on TV. My local town also has a festival for it which is really fun with people doing magic tricks, stunts, and shows.
MercyWalk
None, besides sometimes watching the 12am fireworks, otherwise we just bum around to whatever party is available
