Jave
So apparently, out of nowhere, Nintendo decided to reprint FE10 in the US and is currently being sold through various sellers on eBay like this one. Source: Chris Kohler's Twitter. (The game's box now has a 2014 Copyright). Considering this game was going for over a hundred a few months ago, this is probably the best bet for those who missed it. Jiac
10 years since the release of the first Tellius game. Makes perfect sense.
kingddd
Unfortunately it's still really expensive even after the reprint.
bookofholsety
huh huh is there any precedent for this happening? has nintendo reprinted any other games like this so many years later, deliberately eschewing something like the nintendo selects branding adorning their reprints of megapopular wii games? what could've been their impetus for reprinting fe10 of all things, considering it tragically sold like shit the first time around? and how the hell are these primarily being distributed by people on ebay rather than actual retailers? i'm certainly not complaining - i can think of at least one north american friend who'd love the chance to pick up fe10 without its traditionally high ebay price tag - but the more i think about this, the more baffling it seems Edited January 10, 2015 by bookofholsety
Caster
This is.. really weird. Huh. Well whatever. It'll be nice for people who want to pick up the game more easily.
MacLovin
Wonder if this makes the first print of RD worth more. It's nice I guess. Maybe they can re-release a pack with PoR+RD ala The Metroid Prime collection?
Anacybele
Well, this year is Tellius and Ike's tenth anniversary, but it would make more sense to reprint Path of Radiance if this is the reason... Still, I have no complaint if this means more Smash Ike fans will finally get a taste of him in at least one of his own games!
Sentacotus
Wow that's something I still have my orginal print but hopefully this thing will be seen at retail.
Radiant head
Didn't expect that at all. Wonder if it's possible to get PoR on VC or something.
S_Cero
Well this is an interesting move. Now this makes my first print copy that still can't read easy mode transfers even more valuable. hue Edited January 10, 2015 by Cero
Book of Ereshkigal
Hm. What I'd really like a reprint of is PoR, the copy I have is used and is only the disk :') Though this is unusual. I wonder what it means, if anything.
Jave
Well, this year is Tellius and Ike's tenth anniversary, but it would make more sense to reprint Path of Radiance if this is the reason... FE10 can be played on Nintendo's current system. FE9 can not.
Junkhead
I'm probably going to re-buy it, lawl. But my first one, used. I loved it, of course. But some parts don't work of the game (like Lance Cavaliers/Paladins promoting).
Anacybele
FE10 can be played on Nintendo's current system. FE9 can not. So? I'm sure many people still have Wiis and that can play it.
Dragoncat
The newer wiis can't play gamecube games though. I know because my brother has one of them. Maybe this will lead to PoR on the virtual console?
Junkhead
FE9 HD remake for 10th Anniversay. Make it happen!
deleted35362
So? I'm sure many people still have Wiis and that can play it. but nintendo wants more people buying a wii u
Ϲharlie
Re-releasing the GameCube version of Path of Radiance makes little sense, but they could always port it to the Wii or WiiU in the same way Ocarina of Time was ported to the GameCube. Then again, Path of Radiance doesn't have nearly the same following as Ocarina of Time, so it may not be worth the effort.
Jave
So? I'm sure many people still have Wiis and that can play it. By that logic Nintendo would be reprinting lots of Gamecube games. They're not, by the way.
Shinehollow
This is cool.I hope I can get a copy soon. I can finally find out why there's so much love for it.

Jacien
Might just buy one to see which version disc it is. I have both NTSC v1.00 and 1.01. Curious if it's the latter.
Anacybele
I don't see why they wouldn't be discs that don't have the bug that causes PoR easy mode data to be untransferable. It'd be pretty dumb if they weren't.
Book of Ereshkigal
I'm fairly sure a reprint would use the newest version of the game.
Loki Laufeyson
Srsly, thats mad! I still got mine in prime condition, but it would be wiggy to own one without that easy mode transfer glitch.
