Sooooooooooooooooooo, I went to test the mine glitch out cuz the chapter said so, and KLOK WHY WHY KLOK I JUST KLOK, WHY U DO THIS I used a LOT of save states the first time I did this. must be that magic Nergrinch gave her makes her so op she dun even need dat Forblaze. Correct! Instead of spending a billion turns trying to make something of this chapter, I decided to show you something scarier - what the hell goes through my head when I do this. Chapter 28x - The Pregame My first order of business is to get Merlinus' convoy down to something a wee bit more reasonable. . .say, 75 or less. I start by selling off things in there, whether it be odds and ends, or stuff that'll never see the light of day. This game really likes throwing promo items at you. Or maybe that's because I jacked them all. Second order of business is to use stat boosters. Since I want to throw Eliwood into the thick of things, I give Hector the boots - after all, Eliwood's godliness is somewhat tied to his bromance. 9 MOV with a Rescue staff, fear him! Next, I give Our Bromance the Goddess Icons - as they're the advance force, they'll be taking the most flak. That feel when Hector's Luck is higher than his Speed. . . The remaining three go to the support "ends" - that is, people who don't get at least four different support levels. Poor Erk is stuck at two. Lyn has an A support with Wil, and that's it. Matthew has a B support with Hector. While Canas/Hawkeye could've technically used it better (as they have zero supports), Canas still dies to a stiff breeze, and Hawkeye's critical woes will be solved with an Iron Rune. This is so that Lucius can wield the Rapier with impunity. This is so that Canas can wield something not called a Silver Sword. The Bromance doesn't improve accuracy, so I take steps to remedy that. This is to make sure Hector isn't double by everything. I doubt this'll make a significant impact on Rebecca's staff dodging, but every little bit helps~! Lucius will probably need to tank a few hits. 72 items. MUCH better! Next up. . .significant drops, and what they will become. This guy will drop Luce. I'll find a way to make him drop that Swordslayer. It's super-risky, but I want that Regal Blade! This will become Rienfleche. If possible, this will turn into an Axereaver. FORBLAZE! Excalibur! Probably Gespenst. Possibly Rex Hasta (will require some creativity). Eh. . .Rex Hasta. How 'bout Luna? As much as it annoys me, I can't get That One Paladin to drop Basilikos. I need to study the enemy movements, to figure out how I can get that into Merlinus' inventory. Out of all the legendaries, this one's the most important. More like, three and a half people in my army want it (Rebecca, Lyn, Matthew, and maybe Erk). Meanwhile, Priscilla/Matthew/Wil like Rex Hasta, Priscilla could use Regal Blade, and Hector/Erk want Rienfleche badly. For magic, Eliwood wants Luce/Forblaze/Aureola (depending on the circumstance), and Sain really, REALLY wants Excalibur. Canas/Hawkeye can steal stuff instead of actually fight. Nino's use was either to get to distant platforms or to sabotage the game. Rescue OP. Fiora MUST stand there to trigger the glitch. Time to stomp this chapter. The pegasi donate their equipment. One Basilikos, please! Screw swords. I'm sure Eliwood will find a use for this. This guy can't scratch Hector. God Bow spotted! I'll take fifty charges of fuck you from a distance. For Eliwood. Those Generals on that distant platform have 15 CON. . .I wonder if this is a coincidence~! Since Sonia's the first thing to move, I opt for Rex Hasta over something arguably more helpful (like Excalibur). Sain sends his love~! Eliwood will have no shortage of these~! The last magic user with a drop got a Rex Hasta, as well. THE DREAM! Approximately as sexy as Dark Mirror Force after Book of Eclipse (though I have no idea how the timings work, or if this even makes sense). Got Res, all's good. This is Lucius after taking a Rex Hasta crit to the face. That Dragonshield was worth it~! Speed~! And in a parallel dimension, Canas gains Defense. It's Strength~! Fiora can do that, too! Your job is to make sure she doesn't die! Here's some scrub that spawned. Note the hit rate. I think Eliwood will survive that hit~! Being fast means fuck-all if you're hitting for a solid zero damage twice. Good stuff! I see Angelic Robes in Nils' future (not yours). Is this sexy or what? Several people could use the extra bulk! Hector why. This could be a Strength-only level, and it would be good. In a scrapped run, it was (accidentally killed someone who was holding a stat booster). The only thing missing from this level is Luck. He's hit the Defense cap~! The hell, that's not Strength (though the Defense is nice). Perhaps she'll cap HP. . . Screw Giant Trap Hole, this thing is Bottomless Trap Hole tier! Oh Sain dearest~! With Matthew, this would've been 90 crit. Can Fiora be the woman? More woman than Sonia! Sain continues to be godly. Once to fuck everything up and the other to give me all the legendary shit from installs bitch crew from a beserker. I didn't get Basilkos because i killed him before and was too lazy to reset. It's been forever since I've played, and I was most active before the first major rulings change (the ones where priority and whatnot were simplified). I did the mine glitch twice in this chapter. Once to fuck everything up and the other to give me all the legendary shit from installs bitch crew from a beserker. I didn't get Basilkos because i killed him before and was too lazy to reset. You get the mine back in this chapter tho anyways. I'm gonna need the other two mines for two different chapters. Thus, I'm happy with my payload. This would work if Sain was a bishop Alas, he's not. . . Unfortunately, life got stupidly busy, so I'll probably have to peel out before doing the next chapter, and won't have time until Monday. [spoiler=Pregame] Sain the Sex Panther This is on the off-chance that I decide to use Fenrir - it's not like anyone on my team lifts enough to carry him, anyway. Perhaps your offense will be less awful I doubt Eliwood's Skill growth is 50%, so I give him a hand. Making thieving a little less risky, one stat boost at a time! If Berserk/Silence hits him, I'm kinda screwed. Chapter 29? Maybe? I will be using this map. I don't care about the enemy data. . .just the trigger zones. The fourth area is unavoidable. I'd be able to avoid the other three if I had a flying unit, but they all opted for the bench. Instead, I'll trigger the second zone. The proper way to deal with these mooks. Five long-range weapons. Suck it! THAT IS NOT SPEED. I guess he took the hint and got some Defense. So glad I got Rienfleche last chapter. Filed under "zero fucks given about your S-rank weapon" Same scrub, but this time I repositioned Wil so he'd get some support love. It would be super-nifty if he capped Strength. . . Luna is the prefect opportunity to suicide onto my Axereaver squad~! Spoiler: This hit Wil. Hell, he could use the offense. Anyway, back to Luce. Notice something VERY wrong with the wielder's stats? She can get away with a Strength-only level at this point. I like my odds here-- WHAT THE FUCK?! So instead of saving the state, I accidentally loaded a MUCH earlier state. One of the upsides to being a Dark Druid, I guess? Almost there. . . Perfect! He can now do what Canas cannot, which is. . . Steal the Speedwings from the Athos clone~! Honestly, you're one of the guys carrying this team. I drew the final enemy in. One more step forward, and I will trigger reinforcements up the wazoo. However, she has a Dracoshield, and Lucius/Canas/Lyn would appreciate that. As long as he sleeps, he can't counter. Night-night~! Would've liked the Strength, but she crit-blicked Linus with a Swordslayer, so I can forgive her. I think something broke. SPEED~! Not Strength. Vaida is tough as nails. She took two hits (don't remember which weapons) and survived. Though she's not on the team, she gets an honorable mention for being awesome. That's 109 damage. . .gone critical. To be fair, he's sitting on three capped stats. I give you stat boosters, a Stimulant, and a kill, and THIS is how you repay me?! At least Erk has a point of defense from his Priscilla support, which means he takes more flak. Step it up, Lyn. ;/ Perhaps she'll cap HP? Screw it, four supports that boost crit are hilarious. I ApproveLeave Merlinus in his starting position, and Puzon will move. This is a great thing, if you don't mind a chance of resetting (as Puzon doubles). Luckily, Merlinus dodged twice. Since the boss was nice enough to come south, he's in range of Oswin's Steel Sword. The hit rate isn't ideal, but Oswin somehow hits both. I get a crazy idea. . .Check 1: Make sure Rebecca doesn't die.Check 2: In CM, axes are more accurate than swords. Even with WTD.Check 3: YOU NEED TO DIE. Super Pro strats right there. this. I didn't realise Guy can use all 4 weapons Althought a few extra speed/res base points WOULD BE NICE do I have to make a guy being a beast montage of all LP's he was used? some notes. Tomes Eclipse/Purge/Bolting - the tomes cannot be countered at all. meaning user can't be countered and can't countered when attacked as well, hence is why you don't see the stats of what they can do when you attack them. -I suspect this was achieved due to the tomes animations which seems to be hard coded for long distance. You can change the range of the tome but not the hard code distance of the animation is my guess. Bandit AI - any unit can destroy villages, vanilla FE7 just trains us to expect it from bandits and thieves. people like Klok (I use this beautiful idea too) think healers are a far more unsuspecting choice to do the job >:D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Chapter 30 - It's so much easier with Forblaze First things first, let's slowly but surely turn Hector into a decent unit. Erk gets one 'cause Erk. This is so that Hawkeye doesn't have to steal everything. Erk is gonna go places. So she has a chance of hitting the Strength cap. 'cause why the hell not? She will need to dodge what I'm gonna throw at her. I BELIEVE! Hector thanks you for your generous donation. I need the inventory space. Fiora shows off how to cap two stats at once. I'll decide where this one goes later. Speedwings allow Hector to double things with the Short Bow. I BELIEVE AGAIN! Fiora without supports. Fiora with supports. ". . .withstand. . .some scrub with full supports. . ." She's missing, like, five stats. ;/ Eliwood passes out from the /effort in the last chapter.
