FE2 Ending 2 Theme

On the page of The Best Vol. 1 (the sountrack for FE1 and FE2) the FE2 track Ending 2 is cut off at 0:09, while it's actually a much longer track.

Is this cut off version the version that is actually on the soundtrack or could this be an error on the part of Serenes Forest?

Apparently the one I have (also from SF) doesn't have Ending 2 at all, so I'd assume the issue lies somewhere there.

Perhaps slightly OT, but aren't the functions of FE1 luck listed here?

I'll look into it, but I have a bad feeling it can't be easily fixed.

The best scenario is that I didn't download the file properly, while the worst scenario is it wasn't uploaded properly.

Either way, I'm unsure if I can relocate the source of the OST (I had a quick look and most sites seem to have the cut-off Ending 2 theme too, which I assume came from SF) and I dunno if anybody around here has the CD.

Would it be possible to do something with the video I linked?

If not, maybe I (or someone else) could look around in the game's sound test for this track and rip it.

Of course it would technically not be the track from The Best Vol. 1, but it would come down to the same thing.

I specifically mean – Luck: recruitable enemy characters receive random luck upon recruitment.

I have no idea how the game decides how much luck such a character gets.
