MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 1-2 part 2]Turn 5Player phaseOne long bow less. Agill survive two hits. He dodges, so it doesn't matter anyway.Tyren's first killTyren and Kael have exactly the type of personality I expected. They also can talk to Bram. However they didn't do it in this chapter. Hopefully I can still show you the conversation in the next chapter.Enemy phaseTurn 6Player phase*Claps* He looks as thoughtful as I do, because most of my level ups except for Dewey's are mediocre at best!Malcom is healed.Enemy phaseThe miniboss. He survives barely. So I can steal the red stamp from him and kill him in the next turn.Turn 7Player phaseSpeed is the only good stat. Now I can go shopping. BTW I haven't checked out, if there are other goodies to steal. However 2500 gold is at least something.Gragan is death. Unfortunately he only gives regular battle experience. He doesn't count as a boss.Only the mercenary is left, who can't kill anyone. Agill is healed.Enemy phaseExpectableAn enemy from nowhereTurn 8Player phaseAnother Dewey crit!Wow, Malcolm misses once with 95%. So Kael gets the kill.Enemy phaseTurn 9Player phaseThe three most important statsMalcolm visits the vendor:Selling the red stamp and buying a heal stave and a blaze tome. Hopefully I'll get a healer very soon. serum = antitoxinI send my units westwards, where are few enemies are waiting for me. Also the boss is in my field of sight now:Bedahl is a soldier with mediocre stats. Since he loses AS with his short spear, he has only five AS. Unfortunately the weapons are as heavy as in the GBA games. This could be a serious problem for some units later. He's placed on a fort, so I think he'll be stationary.Enemy phaseDewey is on a fort, so he's almost invisible.Tbh I should care more about my mage, because at least the enemy mercenaries have a critchance against him.A nomadThey're the same like in FE6 and 7.The boss doesn't move.Turn 10Player phaseOnly the archer and the boss are left. Hopefully I won't get a bad surprise with random ambush spawning from nowhere. In the armory I buy a hand axe for Kael and an iron sword.Enemy phaseThe three most unimportant stats.Turn 11Player phaseMalcolm gives the hand axe to Kael. He also can attack the boss for free, so why not!Using the weapon triangle advantage and the thicket.Enemy phaseTurn 12Player phase Alright, the two most important statsI want to give the boss kill to my thief.Damn, he misses twice. BTW the missing sound effect sounds like a hit.So Dewey must get the kill. Another meh level up. The level ups are pretty disappointing so far. Hopefully it'll get better.I think Bram has a special conversation with the boss, but there was no need to attack with him. He has a weapon disadvantage and the boss has fort boost, so he won't hit him anyway.I totally forgot to visit all the houses. Maybe there was a hint to a hidden item or something like that. I'll definitely replay this chapter and check them out.I'll show you any secret stuff, if I've missed something. He doesn't want to talk, so Dewey wants to bring him to talk.He vanished... ... apparently not. He'll go for revenge. The secret in this map: If you're visiting the house in the top north, there's another little riddle about a secret in this map. Furthermore one of the two houses in the eastern area will warn you about reinforcements. These two hints describe the same event. If you place an unit on Tyren's spot two things will happen: You'll get a honeycomb, which increases the resistance by two (= talisman) After you've "stolen" the honeycomb, a couple of bees appear: These bees are very fast (can double everyone except for Tyren), but are very weak and fragile. Though their poison sting will poison you. The reason, why you can buy an antitoxin in the shop. Disappointing level up for that. BTW I've updated a couple of level ups (Dewey and Malcolm) in this part. @ Ghast Sounds great :) However I didn't find this chapter too bad. @ Blaze No, I'm not an English person. Have corrected some errors in part 2. Unfortunately I spelled some character names wrong; have corrected them. Will proofread the other parts later since I'm busy with other things atm. If there still any faults, would you like to mention them? Edited June 22, 2015 by Mister CatTeaDawn

MisterIceTeaPeach
Well, have already finished the final chapter 1-4 too.[spoiler=Chapter 1-3 part 1][spoiler=Bram's backstory]You'll get much more information about him in the upcoming chapter. Malcolm's backstoryThe next day. They've reached Amphret.Bram and co aren't welcomed in Amphret. He reports the happening the crow. And retells the news to his brother. I must fight birdy siblings.Malcolm sees the sad truth with his own eyes.Malcolm still can't understand the bitter truth. A couple of NPCs appear suddenly. Pretty and sunburnt siblingsThey get wind of the fight and will help my units.Map1-3 is a rout mission. It features lots of flying enemies. one mercanary, soldier, fighter, myrmidon, cavalier, mage, shaman with iron weapon and E-tomes. lots of pegasus knights with iron lances and javelins lots of crows with iron and poison bows the two bosses are also crows The bossesUroda only has an iron bow. He has some HP, that's it! Not too tough. You could decoy him in the first turn already.Kadven has more strength and better equipment. With the longbow he can attack from 3-range. Since Malcolm also has a longbow, he'd be the perfect unit to decoy him. He won't get doubled by him, because Kadven also has AS penalty with the longbow. There are a couple of droppables in this chapter: the mage will give you a bolt (= thunder) one pegasus knight drops a slam patch However there's nothing to steal from the enemies.Like in the two previous chapter there's a hidden item to get.The NPCsNilou is a shaman with nice magic and resistance, but crappy speed. Another problem is that void reduces her speed by one, so she only has 4 AS. What the hell did the hack to mages? :/ They're as slow as in FE10. That's the reason, why I dislike the con-rule. The tomes in FE7 and 8 are way to heavy.Sadaati is a troubadour. Her resistance is amazing and she's pretty tanky (as much defense as magic - LOL!). Unfortunately she won't heal all that much with her 5 magic. Nevertheless a healer, escpecially a mobile one, is always welcome! Both are NPCs for now. Both are in the attack range of a crow already. Hopefully they'll come towards me. Probably Bram or Malcolm can recruit them.Turn 1Player phaseThese enemies are pretty weak. Bram and Dewey are in the attack range of Uroda.Enemy phase[spoiler=The crow decides to attack the unit, who can counterattack for some reason.]The AI isn't the best. You'll see more strange things later. First bossNPC phaseAt least they're smarter than the enemy.Turn 2Player phaseI'm pretty sure that Malcom would have a special conversation with Uroda. At least he's going to decoy the other one later.I'm going to trap him.Goodbye! Edited June 23, 2015 by Mister CatTeaDawn
MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 1-3 part 2]Enemy phaseYeah, that's a lord level up I want to see!NPC phaseGood news! The NPCs are coming towards me. However Bram can't reach the troubadour in the next turn. The area around the second boss is death zone for Malcom because of the large number of crows (flying bowusers).Inportant information: After turn 10 probably everyone will start to move automatically. I assume that Kadven also will move, if someone is in his attack range. Of course I try to kill as many enemies as possible to kill before this turn limit is passed. Otherwise the large number of crows could turn into a serious problem for my units especially for Malcom. Also three reinforcements appear from the south... fighter with an iron axe pegasus knight with a javelin monk with photon and a couple of them from the north: cavalier with javelin soldier with steel lance Turn 3Player phaseThe other two can't kill Malcom.Enemy phaseSpot landing ;)NPC phaseThe same phenomenon like I had in my Dream of Five LP:Saadati heals Agill, who has full HP. I've heared it's a standard bug in FE7, which is hard / impossible to fix. However why didn't heal she Malcolm?Turn 4Player phaseIf you've talked to one of them, their sister is automatically recruited as well.Nilou kills the fighter. He has actually a pretty good defense for his level and he's also my fastest unit.Another riddle. [spoiler=In all seriousness these riddles are way too vauge. My English sucks and I'm just bad in word puzzles in general.]Though I could solve it by absolute accident. Enemy phaseTurn 5Player phaseNothing really interesting here.Wow, 100% rate in one stat level ups so far. Worst mage EVER!Enemy phaseOne of the two reinforcements form the north.Turn 6Player phaseLook, how bad they're! Even my fighter can double and orko them.Even Nilou can double the soldier, because he has 0 speed. Soldiers are as terrible as in the GBA series.Dewey will decoy a couple of peggies.Enemy phaseTurn 7Player phaseThe con rule is actually a huge advantage for me in this hack so far, because the enemies lose so much speed. Are you f**king serious? This guy didn't have at least one average level up. [spoiler=I just realize that the growthrates remind me pretty much on FE6. They seem to be very low.]Haven't checked them out not to spoiler myself. However this is a level up! Kael is the physical wall of my team.Enemy phaseShoot! I forgot that Agill was damaged. He could die here! My first huge mistake in this hack! Your no level ups are forgotten... for now!No poisoningTurn 8Player phaseI must attack from here, because otherwise she'd be in the attack range of Kadven. Since she only has 4 speed, she'd get doubled and orkoed. It's ok for now, although she needs speed so badly. The pegasus knight with the droppable slam patch. At least it's magic, it's fine! I don't care for anything else.Malcom with the longbow equipped is in the attack range ofEnemy phaseA very serious conversation Damn it Malcolm, you suck!Turn 9Player phaseSame strategy like I did to his brother: Surrounding him. However it's a very risky move this time, because there are a couple of magic users and crows, who can attack me.The sad irony: Malcolm kills him. A decent level up is the reward for it.Before he attacked, he had switched Kael's weapon to the hand axe. The magic users and crows shall go for Bram, because he has a better resistance and he's in a bush. However I don't know, how the A.I. works. Maybe the mages go for Kael, because they've a higher hitrate and do more damage to him despite he can counterattack. Hopefully it won't happen...Malcolm must be rescued, because the crows and magic users will wreck him.Hopefully my plan will work... MisterIceTeaPeach
@ GhastMalcolm was safe already (rescued by Saadati).Only had to worry about Bram and Kael.[spoiler=Chapter 1-3 part 3]Enemy phaseNow it will become very close for Bram and Kael...Thank you bush!If Kael didn't equip the hand axe, he'd be a corpse now...Turn 10Player phaseNice doggy! If you only could get strength, then I'll give you a bone.I find the hidden item by absolute accident. rat tail = secret book Must discard a slap patch for that.I'm trying to kill all these enemies.Get the bolt (= thunder). The shaman survives. No big deal!Enemy phaseTurn 11Player phaseDewey is a "critmachine".Only one pegasus knight is left.[spoiler=Tyren needs more skill.]The sad thing: I haven't used the honeycomb in this hack... Enemy phaseTurn 12Player phaseAt least Kael got awesome level ups in this chapter! Keep it up!This was the last remaining enemy. 1-3 is done! Now one of the saddest conversations in FE (at least for me):Maybe he can be healed. No he can't...Before he'll gone, he can give them lots of important information about the stucture of the "Red Lustre". Zidahm is the leader.Everyone is sad :.(Anyway the next chapter will be final one of this hack version.I can promise so much already: It's one of my absolute most favorite chapters in FE I've played yet. MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 1-4 part 1]The final chapter of this hack version. It takes place in Amphret castle. The are treasures in the castle. Tyren has a "special" immaginatio what to do with them. The Amphret soldiers didn't know about Bram's coming.#1 of three new characters: Lemonie#2: Rallel, the son of Loyis[spoiler=Loyis, the Duke of Amphret.]Unfortunately totally incapable to fight. #3: NobiaSomething is happening to Loyis.A creepy guy appears and is going to attack Loyis. Dewey realizes the danger just in time and could prevent an assault.Yeah, they look as creepy as hell and not human at all.The guy is an assassin, so I think the knights won't have any chance against him. For some reason Loyis thinks that Bram is hand in glove with him. They're in serious troubles.Malcolm is challenging the assassin...... which was a terrible idea. It's actually a spoiler about his true identity. Malcolm's ass is saved.Dewey realizes any malice. There are tons of enemies. This will become very fun I guess. So everybody is fine. It's one of the mission objectives.Rallel will join. He's a healer. Saadati taught him, how to use staves.[spoiler=Take this warning seriously!]I didn't and payed dearly for that! Map Chapter 1-4 is a defeat boss mission. The boss is Seeker. No, it's not the raven boss from FE9. He's an assassin with a wind sword, so keep Malcolm away from him. His 16 speed looks very frightening in the beginning, but his wind sword brings him down to 12 AS. However he's still scary, because he can still TRKO most of my units with their low resistance. Another scary thing is the silencer skill, if he attacks in melee. The dark mage is definitely the best unit to fight him, because she has a good resistance and weapon advantage. Also using the green tea will help against him. I think he'll move, if someone is in his attack range.Although it's a defeat boss mission, his chapter will become to a defend chapter, because you must protect this guy:Loyis has no stats and no weapons. He's the same like L'Arachel's uncle, but only much more useless. Even his throne boosts won't help him. [spoiler=He'll get wrecked very easily. If it happens > Game Over]Same goes for Rallel, which I figured out later ..... much TOO LATE! There are lots of enemies too fight and tons of reinforcement (from places you won't expect) will try to make your life miserable. The enemies mainly have iron, steel and 2-range weapons. Though you'll see enemies with effective weapons like hammer and longsword later. Here's an issue I've:Since this chapter is playable like a defend chapter, I wished I could place my units. Tyren is placed totally wrong.Rallel is a priest. Priests can't only heal, but they also can use light magic already. However he mainly will be used for healing since there are so many enemies to fight. Look at his HP and defense! He's a walking target. [spoiler=He even will barely survive a hit]which is actually not even true. At least he has speed, so he won't get doubled. Two recruitable NPCsNobia is an ok cavalier. However her 7 strength make me kinda sad.Saadati must talk to her to make her an ally.Lemonie has pretty decent stats for a level 5 knight aside from speed and resistance.Nilou can recruit her.[spoiler=Only Saadati and Nilou can recruit these NPCs, because they're noble.]Though I didn't have the chance to recruit them, which won't matter. Non recruitable NPCsThe soldiers and knights are just terrible. The soldiers can be easily ORKOed. At least they're a decent decoy.Turn 1Player phaseCrit - Good start!Actually Tyren could die here in enemy phase, but I assume that the enemies will go for the NPCs, because they can get killed much easier.I'm taking back, what I said! For this chapter applies: I must kill as many enemies as possible.Perfect! These area is cleared!Enemy phaseLike I expected!NPC phaseLemonie helps me.Turn 2Player phaseAnother Dewey crit. His level up isn't good either, but I take the strength. This area is also safe for now. The soldier can attack Dewey. MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 1-4 part 2]Turn 2 Player phase (continued)Talking for nothing! If you're asking me, why I didn't recruit them in this chapter, I can give you the answer:It was impossible for me, because I had to focus on the enemies.I wished I could act after talking like in the Tellius series. My decoy birds shall be kept alive as long as possible.Enemy phaseBad time for getting hitNot really the stats I need.NPC phaseIt was definitely better to weak this mage with Nilou instead of recruiting Lemonie, because so she could gain this free kill.Turn 3Player phaseReinforcements appeared from EVERYWHERE! Here's a mage.On top a mercenary with a longsword. Like I said in the previous part, enemies start to have effective weapons.BEST level up in this hack so far!A fighter with an iron axe appeared on the stairs. Moreover a soldier and an archer can attack me too. The first critcial phase in this chapter.Dewey, Tyren and Malcolm build the front line. Malcolm can survive a shot by the iron axe and an iron bow by the archer.Enemy phaseNPC phaseNobia kills the mage. Until now it was the right decision to ignore them. They can take care about theirselves.Turn 4Player phaseNo more reinforcements from this area, so I can take out a few dudes. The archer survives - no big deal! My healer can survive him. However he probably will attack and kill the NPC soldier. His "objecitivity" almost reminds me on Soren.Enemy phaseAgalli is still continuing with his one stat level ups - IMPRESSIVE!ExpectedNPC phaseTurn 5 Player phaseFour more enemies appear in this area. I don't want to know, how they managed it to entrance in this castle - It's unlogical! However more action always is welcome! So I don't want to complain about it.Lemonie must get rescued, because the two axe users and the light mage will kill her. Agalli, Bram and Nilou are my frontline. Agalli and Nilou can take one hit by the axe users. Since they can't double them (unless they do a crit), only one enemy with a melee weapon can attack them. There are also enemy pegasus knights in this chapter. One of the tankiest thieves I've ever had.Enemy phaseOH WHAT?!?[spoiler=What a shitty healer did this hack give me?]This brigand had a hammer. I didn't check out his weapon. It did more damage than an iron axe; exactly as much damage as he had HP. [spoiler=Oh what, this walking target must survive too?! It's even worse than babying Micaiah and Laura in FE10.]These lines explain it. Oh well, it's the worst way to end this part... :/Next part will be better! Promised ;)Turn 5 (2nd attempt)Player phaseNow the brigand can't reach him anymore. The forced replay paid off already! Now everybody is fine here!Enemy phaseMalcolm dodgesThis worked much better!!!Rallel's death was totally unnecessary! He just had to heal Malcolm, before he attacked.NPC phaseTurn 6Player phaseNo reinforcements here. I can kill them all.Saadati heals Bram and Kael uses a slam patch. It looks quite good so far!Very niceEnemy phaseMy cavalier is going to die. Hopefully she'll use a slam patch. Saadati can't reach her.NPC phaseGood girl! Turn 7 Player phase More reinforcements from nowhere appear close to the throne room. The nomad can attack Dewey. Tyren is sent to the treasure chests. OMG! Although there are so many reinforcements, my units can take them out without many problems. It's still one of the most fun and challenging defend missions I've ever played, because the appearance of reinforcements is totally random. Before each player turn you must be prepared for a bad suprise! @ GhastThx for the info!It was hard to figure it out, because on my Laptop all images were displayed; no broken link.I dont know why, but the two broken links were only shown on my Ipod.Anyway have cut them out and fixed the map overview. MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 1-4 part 3]Enemy phaseNPC phaseNobia uses a slam patch again - full healedSeeker is going to move!Turn 8Player phaseStill more reinforcements. Seeker hasn't moved yet.Tbh I want to give my thief exp. I'm not very interested in these chests tbh, because it's the final chapter. He still doesn't like speed. With his current speed of eight, he'll get wrecked by Seeker so hard, because he can double him.Two stats. WOW! 100% rise! Still no magicNow he starts to get shitty level ups as well ;/ However still one of my best units. The cav will go for her most likely.Enemy phaseRallel can still survive things. Now everyone moves!NPC phaseTurn 9Player phaseDefintiely not the best lord I've had. He's pretty much a myrmidon. Low strength and even crappy HP. Even my troubadour has more.Everyone else is sent to the east. Maybe I can open the chest just in time.More "HP-sauce" for my healers. Awesome!Turn 10Player phaseThe remaining knight NPC shall be the decoy bird for the mercenary and myrmidon, because I only want to fight Seeker. The less enemies I've to fight, the better!Nilou is in the attack range of him, because she's the only good unit against him.Enemy phaseGood! My plan worked. Now I only need to focus on the boss.Nine damage isn't bad. She gets doubled. However she even could surive one more turn.Turn 11Player phaseIt would be useful, if I got in the beginning of this chapter...Nilou is placed on this pillar. Everyone else will get out of his attack range.Enemy phaseShe dodges twice. I should be able to kill him in the next turn!Yeah, have fun with the NPCs!Turn 12Player phaseNow I can definitely kill him and finish this hack!Of course Bram shall take the final kill for being the lord.I hope so...No comment... I don't care, it's over.Huh, I thought it's a defeat boss mission. Though the chapter hasn't ended yet.Why not still leveling up?Ah ok! It ends after you've ended the player turn.Wait... he isn't dead?!He really is still alive.Dewey shall rip out his eyes.Bram's previous identity Ortus is explained.[spoiler=Seeker is a shapeshifter. He's a viper.]This chapter isn't over yet!
MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 1-4 part 4]As you might have realized this chapter consists of two parts. Seeker isn't died. Quite the opposite: He turned into a snake and will take vengeance on Bram.Bram was brought to sleep and gets another dark vision. It's very long, but I didn't cut all that much, because I find it quite interesting and emotional.Ajatar is Bram's Ortus' mother. He tries to run away from her, but she's everywhere! There's no chance to esacpe.Berlliarde and Olympia seem to be related to Bram.He gives up.His entire backstory and the intention of his parents to kill him are still unknown.Changed back to his earlier appearance.Who's Gillian?Belliarde is his brother and Olympia a friend of him. He's back in "real life". And Dewey is ok too.Exactly! You always meet twice!Redahli, the leader of the red lustre is the ominous voice. That's an interesting information: No reinforcements will appear. The shown enemies and Seeker are the only ones I must kill. The final task in this hack version: Defeat Seeker a second time. Before the second part begins, Dewey gets an item. I've no idea, what the Frenzy Howl will do. Sounds a little bit similar to a berserk stave, but I doubt the enemy will attack its own men. Anyway it doesn't have might. Attack power = strength stat of Dewey => 6.Once more you can't place your units; there's an auto formation. Lemonie and Nobia are allies now. And the second part automatically begins with the enemy phase.Turn 1Enemy phaseThese are the only enemies besides Seeker. Seeker has long range magic. Nasty!Turn 2Let's check out Seeker's stats:Seeker is a viper conjurer. He's tankier, more powerful with his high magic, but slower than in his first form. He ca use all magic types, although he only has a light and dark tome.Abyss = Eclipse It's very light with a weight of 12. Radiance is pretty much as poweful as shine, but doesn't have a crit boost. Both tomes reduce his speed by two, so he has only 9 AS.He moves!Player phaseShe seems to be pretty good. Hasn't got a bad level up yet.Excellent! Dewie had the best level ups besides Kael.Lemonie and Nobia are healed. The chests are reclosed for some reason. Maybe the content will be different.Well, I don't want to skip Tyren. He's great too. His defense growth is amazing. All the enemies are defeated except for Seeker.Enemy phaseHe goes again for Agalli.Turn 3Player phaseI send Malcolm close to Seeker. I hope he'll attack him in melee, so that Malcolm can't counterattack,. My target is to trap him in the next turn.Enemy phaseYeah, it worked!I can trap him in the next turn. However it's impossible to beat him, because has too much HP and defense. Furthermore none of my units can survive two shots by him. So I just place four units around him and don't attack.Next time I'll definitely kick his ass! MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 1-4 part 5 (final part)]Turn 4My strategy worked! Malcolm could decoy Seeker, so I can trap him in this turn!Player phaseFive damage for freeI can attack with maximal two units, because I get two healers. (damaged Malcolm doesn't need to get healed)Bram's revenge:Less than 50% HP left - Good! That's it for this turn. I can't attack with more units.Kael and Bram are healed. Nobia and Dewey circle him, so he's trapped. It's not quite free of risk, because Seeker has a 3% critchance against Rallel, who can't do any damage to him.LOL! Still the same item. It'll be hopefully fixed.Enemy phaseOMG, how dumb is he?! Instead of (maybe) killing Rallel or hurting one my units with his radiance, he wastes his abyss with the knowledge not to kill anyone of my units. He makes it very easy for me, because he can't counterattack. Sry, but the A.I. has failed here completly!Turn 5Player phaseI can attack Seeker now without any risk.Dewey does one critical => 12 damage. Seeker only has 6 HP left. Now Bram can fulfill his destiny. I HAVE A DESTINY!!!Shut up!Why couldn't you get this level up earlier? No, face #3 will come.Thankfully notI absolutely liked this map and the bossfights, although Seeker wasn't quite as smart as he should be.I was able to babysit them in this chapter. He sings smallIt's the boss from 1-2.Oh that's Gillian! Forgot about his name already. He's also a shapeshifter. He's a joker?!Wait... that's Redahli, the voice, who spoke to Bram in his visions?!Bram also noticed it.Then why was he the boss in 1-3 and wanted to kill Bram? Somehow I don't get it.Good to know, because I've still lots of unanswered questions!Anyway that's it!This was the hack Bloodlines by Ghaststation (completed till chapter 1-4).My units' standings:Bram was ok lord with no really weaknesses, but also no real strengths. He's very balanced. His strength could be better, but he still could oneshot lots of enemies with his Ashyx.Dewey started very weak and delicate. He's still a little bit weak, but gained lots of HP and defense. He could survive two hits and doubled most of the enemies. My favorite character in this chapter!Malcolm wasn't really good all in all. His skill and speed stuck. His strength was ok. Same goes for his defense, but it's not really necessary for him, because he's a 2 range weapon user.Agill was trerrible - enough said!Tyren was a great thief with excellent strength and even defense growth. Alomst reminds me on Julian from FE1 + 3.Kael is the wall in earlygame thanks to his high HP. Though his level ups very pretty good. I usually hate GBA fighters, but Kael definitely doesn't belong to them!Saadati is a mobile and tanky healer. Her level ups (escpecially magic) weren't all that great.Nilou got the best level ups in the entire hack. I kinda wished that her base speed would be increased or the weight of void would be lowered. 4 AS is too low.Rallel is a very squishy healer. Would like to see more base HP or at least 1-2 defense points. Even his base luck is garbage. Saadati is definitely the better one.Lemonie and Nobia couldn't get a level up.Hey, a new ally: Daphne, a llama. She's a transporter (= Merlinus), who'll carry the inventory through the chapter. My little review:Although there were "only" five chapters playable, I can say a few things about this hack. The map design was really good.I liked 1-2: A FoW map with only two units in the beginning. You've to make good use of the terrain and vulneraries. A really tough and interesting chapter.1-4 was one of my absolute favorite chapters I've ever played yet. Although it was a defeat boss mission, it turned into a defend mission for the most part. There were lots of tough enemies and you really had to make good use of units' placement. However there were a few issues in this chapter: no battle preparations glitched chests enemy appearance from nowhwere However it was one of the most challenging and interesting defend missions I've played. An awesome map! Also the fights against Seeker were really great. Seeker was a tough and scary boss. Only the A.I. was kinda bad.I think it's the first hack, which features playable animals. I love his idea! Dewey was my absolute favorite character in this hack! The soundtrack was also great. The map and battle themes weren't from FE, but they were pretty good. The enemy phase theme was really catchy. FE7 music was used in the story segments and Rise the Challenge was used in the fight against Kadven and Seeker. The story was very complicated. There are still lots of unanswered questions: What's with Bram's father? Why did his parents want to kill him? What's Redahli's exact role? Since this hack only went till chapter five, so it's wrong to expect to get to know everything about the entire story. However this shows that the story is very interesting and makes me want to know more about it.All in all it was a very good hack so far. It has lots of potential! As always I want to thank to all the people, who worked / still work on this hack and to all the people, who watched and / or commented this LP!A next LP will follow, but I need a little summer break for now. This thread will sleep a little bit, but not forever - Promised!Use this break to vote! I added two more hacks to the poll. Edited June 28, 2015 by Mister CatTeaDawn
SilverHairedFreak25
Daphne an arctic fox? What made you think that? She's clearly a llama.
Blaze The Great
Oh, btw, can I just say I change my vote from TLP to Immortal Sword? I've seen TLP before, but Immortal Sword looks awesome and I haven't seen much of it.
MisterIceTeaPeach
@ Silverhairefreak25Actually I thought llamas would be more brownish. Tbh haven't seen them in real life yet (not even in zoos). After I had researched, I noticed that I was wrong.@ BlazeYou can vote when- and whatever you want! The change is actually good since there's a leader now.(I did the same in the other Hack LP thread recently)@ Ghast Thx! I hope I've could do good "advertisement" for your hack. Looking forward to more. I'll start the next LP in the second week of July (next week). It's still a tie between Immortal Sword and The Last Promise. If the poll result won't change, the luck (= myself ) will decide. Blaze The Great
I'll start the next LP in the second week of July (next week). It's still a tie between Immortal Sword and The Last Promise. If the poll result won't change, the luck (= myself ) will decide. It's actually not a tie, remember? I voted TLP, which made it 5-5. Then I changed my mind and said Immortal Sword, so it's actually 6-4 in favor of Immortal Sword.
MisterIceTeaPeach
Why haven't you changed your vote in the poll? I don't have the overview of all the votes the entire time. That's why the poll exÃsts. So next LP will be Immortal Sword. Have my finals this week, so I'm going to start it next week (from 13th July). MisterIceTeaPeach
The Last Promise (blind)[spoiler=Prologue]A hack by Blazer (current username: Crimson Red)Welcome to Fire Emblem The Last Promise by Blazer. It's one of very few completed FE Romhacks in SF. I don't know exactly, how many chapters this hack includes (about the same number like in FE7 + sidequests). Expect it'll be a very VERY LONG LP.It's also a complete blind LP like DoF was (Bloodlines was 75% blind). There aren't any modes to choose, so I'm going to start with the lowest difficulty I assume. I've heared about a HM of TLP. I'm not sure, if it's completed yet. Will check this out!A very long and detailed story introductionThe war zone was Blaine. The dragons were eliminated by seven certain people.Country: SolumRuler: ArbiterCountry: BlaineRuler: ???Country: MagnusRuler: MagusCountry: AliciaRuler: Queen Chelia Country: KorraRuler: ???Country: ValenciaRuler: Duke ForcystusCountry: ???Ruler: JazenMagnus is doing a few "Blitzkriege"Meanwhile in Castle AegisThe red ones rape the green ones once more once more. Two bosses appear (one of them has a Zephiel sprite)He doesn't get an answer...Meanwhile in ValenciaFather and ShonShon's dad is his lifeshield. The boss gets wind of it.Introducing of my unitsShon is a gallant, a mounted lord like Sigurd from FE4. He can use swords and lances. His piercing sword is a semi rapier: Effective against armorknights. His father Siegfried is the Jagen (= prepromoted unit) with non-Jagen bases (7 strength and 6 defense ). At least he has maximum sword level. Try to bench as soon as I can.MapThe prolog map features five enemies:A couple of fighters with iron axes.A couple of soldiers with generic lances, a lance, which only soldiers can use. However it doesn't make them better, because they still have the typical pathetic stats.Boss is Byron, a knight. The piercing sword is the ticket to him. You see that the iron lance has exact the same stats like the generic lance for some reason. He drops an elixir.Turn 1Player phasePlace my units in the thicket.Enemy phaseShon isn't the fastest yet, if he can't even double fighters. At least his daddy can. He has a battle conversation.Turn 2Player phaseShon's first kill. Siegfried does nothing.Enemy phaseWhoops, this wasn't my intention.Turn 3Player phaseEnemy phaseThat's definitely not the best start :/ BTW only the boss is left.Turn 4Player phaseSiegfried checks out, if he'll move.Enemy phaseNo, he doesn't.Turn 5Player phaseShon can survive him with one HP, so he doesn't need to use a vulnerary. He waits.Enemy phaseOne HP!Turn 6Player phaseGoodbye and an elixir as reward. 99 exp.The first chapter is done! Ansem
Seigfried has great growths to make up for his terrible bases. Training him a little would prove beneficial for later chapters when you end up in a bind, and I would recommend it. Shon remains trash throughout the game, but he's a lord and you have to use him.
