I overrestimate his defense.Enemy phaseHe's not that tanky and dodgy like I assumed. That's what the thief is going to do: Attacks the prisoners! Weird! Anyway Siegfried must rush towards him before he'll get wrecked!NPC phaseEduardo leaves the cell. So Siegried can recruit him while the way towards the cell.Turn 7Player phaseHe needs a little bit motivation.Siegfried gives him weapons - cool! The other two will get weapons as well. The knights are all stationary.Enemy phaseThe thief does 5 damage to him. He only can survive one more turn.Turn 8Player phaseWhy did you bring me down to earth so hard... just why? The level ups in this hack are pretty much the worst I've ever had. Way worse than FE5 and 6.If he can kill him in the next turn, everyone will be happy!Enemy phaseThe last remaining enemies on the map besides the boss.Turn 9No reinforcements in this chapterPlayer phaseHaar IIHe'll give the lightning to Arthur at once.Surprisingly a good level up!An unsurprisingly meh level up.An oneshotter? No!Enemy phaseA very unsurprisingly terrible level up!In the following turns I only recruit Ace and open the two chests.Idk, if I'm going to use him. I'll let you decide!Seems to be a slim sword with unlimited uses.I've enough anima tomes for now.You can sleep forever, because I don't need you.Probably not the last meeting. Blaze The Great
Should've looted their weapons. They leave for a few chapters after this. Also, I've never seen anyone have such bad luck on TLP as you are having.
Tequila
You also missed the first emblem weapon, which means another sidequest missed. TheMoniker
You're doing okay, but I really hope you have better luck once "Siegfred mode" is over, or you're in for some problems. MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 9 part 1]Siegfired wants to push the three new allies from the previous chapter already.[spoiler=The chief has spoken.]If I knew it, I would take off all their weapons in the previous chapter. Now, I still have no light tome for Arthur. Battle preparationsYou can bring 9/10 units to the map. Leave Arthur home again, because i stll have no light tome. Also Tamiko has only three heals left.Gave the energy drop to Cia and the speedwing to Kevin.Haas joinsHaasHaas is a level 5 nomad trooper and the first real second tier unit of my team. Damn, his bases are kicking ass, especially his 48 HP and 15 defense! He won't die that easily. However he's not that fast. He can't double myrms and mercenaries, so he's usable like a Jagen. Won't use him in the long run though, except if Storm turns out badly. However he's almost as fast as him.MapChapter 9 is another seize mission. You must walk around these mountains. Not a big and hard map at the first sight. However an event will make this mission a little bit tedious. You fight lots of briagands, myrms, mercenaries and archers. There are two enemy weapons against cavaliers (zanbato and halberd) and one myrm has a killing edge, so beware! You also fight the first prepromoted enemies:a level 1 warriorand the boss, a level 1 berserker with really high strength and speed. He also has a swordreaver and a critboost for being a berserker. Now he can't counterattack from Melee range anymore. My plan: Kevin will deal with all the brigand reinforcements all alone with his axereaver.Turn 7Player phaseDecent, but I'd like to see magic sometime! Only has leveled it once yet (gave her energy ring). Her speed growth reminds me on Asvel's.Again! The enemies are worse than in the previous chapter. MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Units results] This was part 1 of ? parts in the Last Promise. I think this part should work like a tutorial like Lyn's story did. Not a very high difficult at all except maybe for the two sidequests. Next part will deal with Anakin. Hope for a little bit more challenge. Anyway I'm excited to know, what happened to Siegfried in Yulia's castle.

MisterIceTeaPeach
Sry for the longer break, but I was busy with FE5.Since I've finshed this game, I can continue with my LPs.[spoiler=Chapter 11]New story and new characters. Actually not quite true, because you already saw them in Siegfried's story.[spoiler=Kevin returns.]The unit with the best availibility in this game? He tells Anakin about the ambush in Yulia's castle.Anakin, Ace, Eduardo and KevinEduardo will join later.Although I introduced them in part 1 already, I do it again quickly:AceAce is a level 1 soldier with good speed and defense base. Could be work as semi-wall in early game. Hopefully his strength won't stuck.AnakinAnakin is a level 1 vagrant. His stats are marginally worse than Arthur's from part 1. Also weapon level E sucks! He can't heal, but he can something else, which you'll see later! I'm pretty sure that he's the lord in this team. That means if he dies in any point in this hack, if will cause a Game Over.KevinKevin has transferred stats and weapon level from part 1, but new equipment. It's almost impossible to use him as a "Jagen", because either he doubles the enemies, or he ORKOes them.MapChapter 11 is a simple defeat boss mission. Since your units are low level, the enemies are as well. None of your units can use swords, so they'll have a weapon disadvantage against the fighters. However it'll change soon, when Eduardo joins. He can use swords as secondary weapon. There are a shop and a vendor on this map. Unfortunately you don't have money yet.BossThe boss is a level 5 soldier with real stats for being this class. However still slow because of his low constitution. [spoiler=There's something special about him.]Probably I screwed up again... Turn 1Player phase[spoiler=The boss changes his advice. He wants to talk to my leader of the group, Anakin.]Unfortuantely it won't work on the battlefield. Enemy phaseKevin doubles the steel axe fighter and oneshots the couple of mercenaries. Actually it's not too bad to rush with Kevin, because you're under time pressure in this chapter!Eduardo appearsEduardoOk, these guys don't have the same equipment like they had in part 1. He has still the iron lance, but instead of the iron sword he has his personal lance charge, which has an amazing description. Charge is a brave lance with a very low accuracy. At least it's very light.Turn 2Player phaseHere's the second use of Anakin:He can motivate an ally, which allows it to act in a turn again. Anakin isn't only a light magic user, but also a dancer.Enemy phaseMissing twice with 77%Suddenly a NPC dracoknight appears in the mountains in the south-westKarinaKarina is a level 10 dracoknight with really good stats. You can get her, if Anakin talks to her. The problem is that she will kill all the enemies including boss. And she shouldn't kill him, not only because she steals exp., but also Anakin must have a battle quote with him. That means Eduardo must rushes towards her and rescue her.Turn 3Player phaseKevin also misses twice. If you've visited the village, you can go shopping.Enemy phaseEduardo's base stats except for strength are pretty bad. If he was in the part 1 team, I wouldn't use him at all!NPC phaseShe's close to the boss already.Turn 4Player phase 1% crit All the enemies are down except for the boss. NPC phase Karina does a good job in weaking him, but now Eduardo must catch her at once. Turn 5 Player phase Thanks to Anakin's motivation ability I can rescue and drop her in the same turn. Anakin can talk to her in the next turn. It's related to the boss. You should spare him. Anakin shall talk to him. BTW in the other house there's literally nothing! Buy lightning and heal Turn 6 Player phase She doesn't want to tell her motives for her support yet. Buy an iron sword for Eduardo Turn 7 Player phase Anakin can't talk to him! And he also doesn't resign. ok I guess He's still alive. This gives me hope! Hopefully I obtained a sidequest as a reward for sparing him! New face: Logan Logan wants to lead Anakin to Alexia. I chosed yes, because FE games told me that chosing yes is the right decision in most cases. And of course no sidequest! If there's a 12x in this hack, I assume that Anakin might attack the boss, but not kill him (like the Haas x Boss conversation in ch. 9). I don't think that my choice is decisive. MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 12] One familar and two new faces. Kelik is finally playable.Suddenly Althares is teleported to this place somehow. He told in part 1 that he'll leave Siegfried's group.Kelik gets the informaiton about the happenings in Yulia's castle. Althares hasn't known about Siegfried's fate yet, because he had left the group before. No decision yet"DH Ninja guy" leaves the party before they even start to fight.KelikKelik is a swordsman. swordsman =//= myrmidon Swordsman is a certain lord class in this game like Lyn in FE7. He has an iron sword and the flamberge, which you might know from Dream of Five. It's a 2 range sword, which attacks the resistance of the opponent. Very nice sword! Moreover he has a default C-support with Levion.LevionLevion is much more than a Jagen or Marcus. He's a level 12 paladin with twenties in some stats. Only his speed leaves to be desired a little bit for his level. The absolute nightmare for almost each enemy in the upcoming chapter (except for one). Only use him, if you're really desperated! Paladins can use all three melee weapons like in FE6. Consequently he's a default C-support with Kelik.AltharesLike Kevin he has transferred stats, but new equipment.MapChapter 12 yes is an escape mission. One unit must seize the space with the marked arrow within 15 turns. It doesn't matter, if the two other units are still in the castle. If one unit has seized this tile, the chapter automatically ends. This map has four chests. Althares' job is to open them in time, so you actually only have two units in this chapter: Kelik and Levion. This chapter throws tons of lanceusers towards you, so Kelik will have trouble to deal with all these enemies. And reinforcements will appear before each player turn in the first two-thirds of this chapter. You could rush this chapter easily with Levion, but it's not the purpose. Kelik must get as many levels as possible. One shitty lord is already enough for me!BossHoward is the boss. Although he's eight level lower than Levion, he's much better than him. Why? Because he has a brave sword and doubles Levion with his speed of 20. [spoiler=You should ignore him!]He'll move, if someone is in his attack range. After checking out Levion's and Howard's stats, I've noticed that Levion could TRKO him, so it's very possible to beat him! I'm going to replay this chapter to show you, what will happen, when Howard dies! Turn 1Player phaseAlthough the flamberge attacks with magic, it's still part of the physical weapon triangle. Bad in this chapter!Althares open the first door to the treasures. An enemy thief from the right is also going for the chests. Catch him in time!Turn 2Player phaseSo early in this game? WTF?! I almost lose my second unit! Oh dear! Better to check out all the weapons in the beginning! He doesn't only have a silver lance, but he also is level 15!Turn 10Player phaseKelik can't double the silver lance cav., so Levion must steal the exp.Enemy phaseTurn 11Player phaseTime to escape!_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ How not to fight HowardWhen you survive Howard, this will happen:It's a trap! You're complety surrounded. Kelik and Althares will get wrekt hard => GAME OVERSo Levion must face him, when Althares or Kelik can reach the exit tile in the next turn. How to fight HowardAlthares can escape in the next turn.Althares can escape in this turn.Like I said Levion can TRKO him.Althares escapes. That's how to play this chapter perfectly! Interestingly the ending is unchanged. Ok, I noticed that the "yes" chapter isn't chapter 12. If I chosed "no", I would play the exact same chapter again. MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 13 part 1]Boss' speechThis seems to the "Yes-Chapter". Like I said, I won't show the "No-Chapter", because I don't feel like to replay chapter 13.Logan won't join automatically, because he's looking after a girl. He's talking to the boss.Logan belongs to the group transvestite characters like Midir, Lucius and Libra. He's forced to fight for the enemy. He becomes from a NPC to an enemy!LoganLogan is a level 1 myrmidon with very unbalanced stats. Extreme high skill and speed, but poor strength. Surprisingly he doesn't have the obligatory killing edge, which decresases his usefulness quite a lot. Moreover the steel sword weighs him down by 2. He needs the strength so badly immediately to become a decent unit. Anakin can recruit him.MapChapter 14 is a seize mission. It has tons of enemies including flying units. Don't play too aggressive, but rather play slowly and patiently. Decoy one after other not to get wrecked. You can easily visit the village in turn 1. Use Karina against the peggies. Moreover she has an axereaver to deal with these brigands. Be careful: Two of them have a swordreaver.Since the previous chapters his hack tends to throw brave weapons to me.Bad news for my cavalier. One of these brigands on the mountains has a hammer, but he's no danger for Kevin at all.All the other enemies have generic weapons.Boss is on the field, so he's going to move most likely. Be careful of his killer axe. Use a sword and the fort to prevent any rage moments.Turn 1Player phaseKarina visits the villageand gets a secret book.My other units are standing still. I'm waitng till the first enemies are in my attack range. Hopefully Logan will move, so Anakin can talk to him in the next turn.Enemy phaseLots of enemies are moving towards me: All the brigands, the peggies and Logan.Turn 2Player phaseKarina will finish off the two brigands with the swordreaver first.Logan changes the side again. Now he's one of us!I still don't anything, because the enemies are coming toward me automatically.Enemy phaseThe first couple of peg. knights reach her. One of them is dead.Turn 3Player phaseLogan's first kill.second peg. knight goneI still can't pressure north-eastwards, because the second group of peg. knights can already reach my units.Enemy phaseDespite forgetting to equip him the iron sword, he does an excellent job with his charge. Dodges 72% and therefore he hits three times in a row with 51%. His level up could be better though.Logan is definitive no good front unit (yet).Turn 4[spoiler=Kelik and Althares appear.]Where's Levion? And a mage, who's looking for vengeance for his killed sister. So my team is rised by three more units. After the three allies have joined, the boss moves to the entrance of the castle. That means he won't move anymore, but therefore he has a defend and avoid boost.ItsukeItsuke is a level 3 mage with balanced stats. His base speed of 9 will help to double some enemies.Player phaseDoes this hack only throw shitlords to me?I mean she's pretty good already, but of course I take more stats.Good that I've an useful unit against armorknights now. I don't have to worry about Althares and Kelik, but I have to worry about my mage, because he's still very squishy. He can't take two hits. It's actually impossible to keep him out of any enemy attack ranges. Make sure that one enemy at a max can attack him.Enemy phaseKelik burns down almost everything and gets an awesome level up for that. Too bad the flamberge is almost broken in the sceond chapter already.Turn 5Player phaseKelik and Althares can support:C-SupportEnemy phaseTurn 6Player phaseIf he just would have got strength...Kelik can talk to Karina:Enemy phaseGood Lord - almost oneshotted :/ Reminds me on a certain lord in FE...At least his level up kicks ass! MisterIceTeaPeach
The "No" chapter 13 is easier and gives you someone else instead of Logan (a Hero, IIRC?). yeah you should restart and do the no option [spoiler=I played the "No-chapter"], because I was an idiot and overwrote my savefile of "chapter 13 yes" accidently. That means all the good level ups are lost :C At least Kelik got better level ups in chapter 12. [spoiler=Chapter 13 no part 1] green hero Logan is fleeing, because he was called as untrustworthy. Map I forgot to disable the info screens, but it doesn't matter, because this map is empty aside from my units, a NPC and the boss. Asch Asch is a level 1 hero with typical stats for a prepromoted unit. 12 speed - no thanks! The only good thing of him are his weapons. Chainsaw has a critrate of 57! Therefore it's superheavy (18 weight). Logan Logan is the boss this time. You can't recruit him. Asch is his replacement. He's higher level, has consequently higher stats and different equipment than in the "yes-chapter". The shadow sword is a 2 range sword, which attacks the defense of the opponent. It has a decent critrate, but doesn't absorb HP like the runesword does. Turn 2 First reinforcements: A couple of pirates. Before each player phase 2-4 reinforcements will appear. What a map design - ugh. Player phase radiance = shine. It requires weapon level C, which Anakin hasn't reached yet. Turn 3 two cavaliers with iron lance and javelin Player phase Enemy phase I can take it - the stats he definitely needs the most Turn 4 Player phase sweet! There's not much to tell about this chapter except for boredom. Probably the most boring map I've ever played. Enemy phase not so sweet You need more defense! Turn 5 Kelik and Altheres join - without magical support this time. more cavalier reinforcements Player phase Karina blocks them, because Ace is too weak, Eduardo to squishy, Kevin too overleveled and Anakin a walking target. Ok, the mage is in the village. He has the exact the same level and stats like in the "yes-chapter", but he has an energy drop. Enemy phase Turn 6 three soldiers - place my mage in the thicket, because he's the only one, who needs exp. Player phase These cavaliers are pretty tanky, if I need three units to take them out. The biggest victim of my overwritten savefile! 4 damage - laughable - despite strength point in his level up Enemy phase Turn 7 Player phase bad Since reinforcements appear in each turn I stuck in this area. I send Kelik and Althares out of the soldiers' attack ranges. Itsuke shall take them out quite alone. Enemy phase 3 damage :C Turn 8 And more reinforcements! This time a couple of mercenaries with an iron sword. They shall cover up the boredom. Player phase Kevin can even double the javelin cavaliers. C-support Anakin x Ace: Kelis is the winner of my replay! Enemy phase He does almost no damage, but therefore he takes almost no damage as well. Turn 9 Player phase more mercenaries Maybe he becomes semiuseful. Enemy phase Actually this is the biggest victim! My two magic users are a piece of shit! MisterIceTeaPeach
[spoiler=Chapter 13 no part 2] Turn 10 Player phase Of course this chapter still hasn't pissed me off enough with reinforcements. His best level up - impressive He needs defense so badly like any other stat except for HP. Enemy phase I was so bored that I even turned off the battle animations. Turn 11 No more reinforcements! Player phase I think I'll give him a chance! Enemy phase Turn 11 A couple of cavaliers next to Logan appear. Player phase His best level up in this chapter! It says everything! NPC phase Ash is action Turn 12 Player phase Turn 13 three more soldiers - this chapter never ever will end Player phase alright Enemy phase Turn 14 A couple of knights appear from the forts next to Logan. Player phase good lord Kelik talks to Asch: The superkilleraxe is mine! Enemy phase Turn 15 Player phase Asch gets a kill for the stats. His only one! Idk, if the NPC kill counts. I wasted 3-4 turns just to give him pathetic level ups. Now I'm really pissed off!!! I want to end this as fast as I can. Is he still recruitable with Anakin? no hit Enemy phase He changes to the shadow sword for some reason, which makes him slower and decreases his evasion. Good for me! Turn 16 More reinforcements, but I don't give a shit for them. Player phase I'm so sorry... Get out of here! The ending is the same like in the yes-chapter. I don't want to bore you more than I have to! The next chapter can only be better... hopefully!
MacLovin
Asch is better than Logan IMO. But that's because his growths are pretty ridiculous.
