Agile Tit-Tyrant
Topic, its time to get my Japanese text learning going. I can understand the menu commands that are the same as awakening and surprisingly to myself I can understand 90% of the spoken voices (thanks animu) but I want to be able to read the dialogue. Book of Ereshkigal
What do you mean...? The game uses Kanji, Katakana, and Hiragana. The usual.
twice
It uses everything....sadly, because Kanji is tough to remember. (well for me Kanji is XD) Although, knowing Hiragana and Katakana should be enough to get by.
SilverPants
It's like 50% Hiragana and Katakana and 50% kanji. The only English you'll find in this game is the "If" in the title. If you need help, there's a kanji guide for the game that one of the members here made.
nordopolica
No furigana as well, unfortunately, and kanji is rampant within this game. Not only that, but I have a hard time reading some of the kanji on the regular 3ds screen so I constantly have to pause and bring out a dictionary to try and work it out. If you have no knowledge of kanji, it'll unfortunately be very difficult if not impossible to understand most of the dialogue but with some/a fair amount of basic knowledge it's certainly possible to get the gist, if not the entire thing.
