So far on two of my runs I've gotten kagerou 's weapon. On one run I beat the game and s ranked her with tsukuyomi. On my current run I haven't even recruited her yet so I doubt it has to do with supports. I have kaze at a rank and don't have his weapon and felicia at s rank and don't have hers either.
