Patch 1.0.9 differences?

I know I made a topic about the CPUs being noticably harder in this game than previous iterations but ever since the patch I've noticed that they've been doing some things differently. Namely they're edge guarding and offstage play has improved. Everything from spikes, intercepts, and bumping you off the ledge. They've started doing it. And as always...they perfect shield literally everything making it hard to punish things particularly with up close fighters. I know that patch 1.0.9 supposedly was just a few fixes and no balance changes for the characters but it seems like to me the CPUs are considerably more difficult.

Is there anything specific that was included in the patch that was mentioned or stated?
