How do you normally get over a sad event?

Laughter is the best medicine… I roam around on YouTube and watch videos whenever I am gloomy

-Archery (Clears my mind, especially when it's raining)

-Music (Feels great to relate to something with a beat)

-Reading (Allows me to delve into a new world and forget my problems from the one I live in)

I think I should start to do this but I reckon conversing with any of your friends should be able to lift you up.

Quite a bit of days since someone last posted here but oh well I feel it's interesting. To be honest, the easiest way for me to get over sad events is to either sleep it off or listen to music. Mostly I prefer to sleep it off, it's easier to hide my grief from my family when I'm sleeping and when I wake up I'm usually at least slightly better than before.
