Slade Posted September 28, 2015 Share Posted September 28, 2015 Laughter is the best medicine… I roam around on YouTube and watch videos whenever I am gloomy -Archery (Clears my mind, especially when it's raining) -Music (Feels great to relate to something with a beat) -Reading (Allows me to delve into a new world and forget my problems from the one I live in) I think I should start to do this but I reckon conversing with any of your friends should be able to lift you up. To be honest, the easiest way for me to get over sad events is to either sleep it off or listen to music. Mostly I prefer to sleep it off, it's easier to hide my grief from my family when I'm sleeping and when I wake up I'm usually at least slightly better than before.
