Support grinding possibility/question.

Will getting attacked whilst paired--with no counterattack and no dual guard--build support between two characters? my idea is to stand in throwing range of a stationary boss with a spear/tomahawk and just let him attack me. The reasoning behind this is that I would save weapon usage and wouldn't kill the boss too quickly for the method to work.

I just do this:

1:have a crud ton of Reeking Boxes

2:Find a area on the map where I will use the Boxes

3:Use only the two units I want to get support with (and a strong backup if necessary)

4:Pair the two units together

5:Beat the skirmish

6:Rinse and repeat.

You do not gain support points by only dodging an ennemy attack.

There must be a Counterattack from the Attacked Unit or a Intervention from the Support Unit.

Amberbean21 technique is a good way to unlock supports (I unlocked all of them like that).

Just don't forget to go on "Shining/Glowing Tiles" with Paired-Up Units since it can give you extra point to unlock a support conversation.

I'm playing lunatic mode, I don't have that much gold lying around lol. I appreciate it though.

If you're playing L and don't care about exp, just support points, go to bonus box and hire some bonus teams of the lowest level characters you can possibly find, such as rolf or mist (iirc)

They give 1 exp on kill so exp grind is not worth it, but supports go up normal speed.

I mean, paired up support points go up pretty fast you can prolly get away with using bronzes
