Scarlet
But he also attributed Aya to autumn, which is about the most logical choice I could possibly think of, so ??? xD

MisterIceTeaPeach
Is it ok trying to get back into Touhou by playing the Puppet Dance fangame? Honestly I like it much more than Pokémon.

MisterIceTeaPeach
Yeah, this game is really fun simply because the Touhou puppets are much cuter than very most Pokémon. However I still have to check out the chart for each battle. Understanding which attack type is effective against the opponent takes some time. And yes, the current patch needs some improvement. Idk what the attacks of the opponents do which kinda sucks.
StahlTheStall
Is there any way to improve your touhou skills? In Touhou 15, I took 94 tries to get through Clownpiece's first spell card (and that's in stage 4. screw stage 5). And that was on easy mode. (Yes, that's not a typo, I took 94 tries to get through a spell card in EASY mode.) Does turning on the focus mode aka Shift Button improve your damage? Scarlet
Okay, so one more time, this time without acronyms, as this text editor absolutely will not let me edit them in any way, shape or form in case I happen to mess up one... On 8.6.2017 at 2:09 PM, StahlTheStall said: Does turning on the focus mode aka Shift Button improve your damage? Depends on your character and shot type, but as a rule of thumb, yes. Unfocused shots generally have a wider range and are thus good for dealing with weak stage enemies, whereas focused shots generally do exactly what the name implies and focus your shots in a narrow area to increase the damage dealt, making them good for dealing with bosses. However, if you want to get better at Touhou in general, LoLK is probably not a good place to start. This game is insanely difficult and outright cheap compared to literally any other main entry in the series, regardless of what difficulty you play on. To give you an idea, I still don't even come close to 1ccing it on Normal while I have comfortably 1cc'd all other main entries except UFO on Hard. If you're looking for a more beginner-friendly Touhou title, I'd recommend one of the following, depending on what you're looking for: Â - EoSD is simple and easy to understand, but kinda stingy with resources. If you find the gimmicky extra mechanics in some of the other games overwhelming, give this one a try as it allows you to pretty much completely focus on doding and shooting. Â - PCB has difficult patterns, but showers you with resources to tackle them, especially if you play as Sakuya, who gets four bombs per life instead of the usual three. Â - MoF has difficult patterns, but the way bombs in this game work allows you to spam them much more than in any other entry in the series. Â - TD is extremely stingy with resources (you literally cannot even max out your lives), but has pretty tame patterns overall and is probably one of the easiest entries in the series on any difficulty other than Lunatic. Trance essentially is a free super bomb every once in a while, too.

It's the most broken text editor I've ever seen. The way it handles formatting is absolutely abysmal, especially if you have the gall to try fiddling with it manually. Even simple quote boxes are wonky as all hell. Half the time you can't even delete them! 2 hours ago, Tonton said: Welcome to New and Improved SF(TM) If this is supposed to be the future of forum softwares it doesn't come as a surprise that forums have no future.
