HappyHawlucha Posted October 5, 2015 Share Posted October 5, 2015 Speed & Strength drain are currently available via the Lodestar & Vanguard classes respectively, I don't know where the others will come from though, maybe from the items that haven't been released yet, but Speed and Strength have items too, so idk...
