Comet Posted October 19, 2015 Share Posted October 19, 2015 if you still need one, ask someone that hacks them from reddit or something. they're all hacked anyway, as the only ones with wish are from a gen 3 event from the new york pokemon center iirc (not sure about the specifics, but the point is that it's rare).
