There are the dlc maps where you can get the seals that change the class to the dlc classes (Amiibo classes). Currently available Amiibo classes are Lodestar, Great Lord (That you can get from the free Awakening dlc map), Grandmaster (From the Invisible History dlc map) and Vanguard (That hasn't been released yet?).

Vanguard was in the first DLC map of the 2nd DLC season. Vanguard and Grandmaster have infinite seals, while you can only get one Lodestar and Great Lord seal per file.
