Freohr Datia Posted November 30, 2015 Share Posted November 30, 2015 Well I've fit the role of supporting character my entire life... whether I'd prefer it the other way around?....... Probably not because I don't like being the center of attention and it feels like lots of pressure having responsibilities while being mostly everyone's focus ^o^ I'm more comfortable doing stuff in the background (and I bet the major character is a leader and I'm not a leader I'm a follower) I'm sure the supporting character role probably has just about as much responsibility as the major one if they're "supporting," so I probably wouldn't choose this role for "less responsibility"... It's just that I'd find it easier doing my work as a support. Oh and not to mention I'm sure the major character makes all the rules/sets all the goals, and I also work better being told what to do rather than coming up with what I need to do. Being a major character gives you so much personal stress usually and there is still a chance of you dying at the very end of the story.
