I tend to avoid this forum section since I want to avoid spoilers and such (also to forget that the game isn't available yet in Europe), so my apologies if I missed it. It's a talk with Kouhei Maeda and Masahiro Higuchi from Intelligent Systems, Genki Yokota and Higuchi Yamagami from Nintendo, and Yusuke Kozaki, the character designer. They discuss things such as : - how did they come up with the idea of multiple campaigns - the design of Hoshido in general, for the characters and the environments - gameplay design I think the video was pretty interesting and there is another one coming, next time with a focus on Conquest and Nohr. I didn't know that Ryoma was designed in part to look like a lion, but it seems pretty clear looking at him now. I'm not sure how I didn't notice it before.
