And to answer your question, you would have to take the time to redo the song as a MIDI (and not using an online converter because those don't work) and then insert it into the ROM by following one of those music inserting tutorials. If you're going to redo the song as a MIDI, you might as well just get the MIDI from FE8 itself. Ultimately, this seems like you're trying to get songs with different/better instruments. That will require inserting custom samples into the ROM. Agro has a tutorial on this in the Resources subforum.
