renrenren
I just found someone online with Rally Spectrum on Laslow. I tried to buy the skill, but I couldn't. Is there a way to get Laslow to get that skill? Thanks for the help!
Legendary_Hero7
Quite simple actually. You just gotta change Laslow into the Grandmaster class using a Fell Brand, and level him up in said class until he gets the skill. The reason you can't buy it is due to the fact that the skill is a DLC skill, similar to how you can't buy Aether for your units.

DLC class skills can't be bought/inherited Edit: Greninja'd Edited March 17, 2016 by ChaosGallade
Minternets
Rally Spectrum is a skill from the Grandmaster class, which is not obtainable in the main game. As such, you cannot purchase it. Same goes for Galeforce, Warp, and Rally Movement.
cgRIPPER
Does rally spectrum even stack with fancy footwork? I'm pretty sure if you use rally spectrum with any other rally (except movement) you'll get +2, +2,... and +4 (not +6). If that's the case rally spectrum would just overwrite fancy footwork making him effectively have no personal skill. Rally movement should work nicely on Laslow though, while spectrum should work nicely on Shigure. EDIT: So it seems like fancy footwork does work with the rallies. Which is interesting because those types of things usually just use the highest value instead of stacking.
