ociris
Hello! This is my first Fire Emblem game so I need help. Right now in Birthright, I am torn in what to do next. My avatar is a level 10 Hoshido noble. As I was reading about classes and skills, I heard that it was better to change classes before I went to the advanced class in order to get other nice skills that only came from the base classes like Samurai and Cavalier. Is it true that I should have changed classes while at base form to get the skills I want before I advanced? Also, is it possible that from my advanced class, that I get Azama to Support A so I can be a Monk, then from there change to another base class? Thanks for the answers! joshcja
No You get skills from the base class first if you change into a promoted option on that class tree. Example: if you change to Fighter!Hero from Cav!Gk: you gain Hp+5, then gamble, then Sol, then Axebreaker. Also: Yes that's how friendship seals work for the avatar.
