Rei Rei
How about Mazinger series? I have read the manga and....well, not so bad... The Mazinger Family may be one of the most cheesiest and important anime of the Super Robot genre. What would be of the world without Rectratile Fists, that come back to the robot. Eltoshen
ecchi...is boring. :o In any case, recently been watching Samurai Champloo. I can't believe I haven't watched this before. >_> I've been keeping up with Vampire Knight Guilty, Bleach, Gundam 00, and Kuroshitsuji. This past month, I watched around 10 of the newest Naruto Shippuden episodes as well. Manga? I'm always caught up with xxxHolic, Eyeshield 21, Bleach, Naruto, Claymore, Vampire Knight, Tsubasa RC, uh...that's all the series that are currently ongoing, in any case. I'm still waiting on the new chapters to come out, though. :P Claymore is girls with huge swords fighting. It's pretty intense. I hate how you have to wait a whole month for another chapter though. Magical CC
Claymore is a very good manga, the fighting is rather clever, the plot is very interested, the art is lame in some first chapter but after that, the author's skill was improved a lot and it's very beauti now. Eltoshen
Plus, Galatea has got to be my favorite female in a manga series. Ever. For some reason, I like the girls that can kick some ass...more than those slutty little schoolgirls in any case. Starwolf_UK
Has anyone mentioned Hokuto no Ken and The Big-O? Two more I need to add... Well just one as Hokuto no Ken is fist of the north star mutliple names for series drives me mad as well :( Now i'm watching, Spice and Wolf which has been good except for the fact I can't keep the ED song and its ridiculous lyrics out of my head, OtoBoku - Maidens Are Falling For Me which once you ignore the fact the main character is a trap is a bit typical and average and Planetes which has been great even if it usually is a tad episodic. As for lists of series. The database I use I can't export a good list from. I can export lists but i'll be stuck with Japanophile names (I hate these as they make me feel stupid about shows i've watched*) and/or tonnes of useless info like how much of it I've watched...it just seems more effort than it is worth. Here is a sample with the useless info manually deleted: Ghost in the Shell Ghost in the Shell 2: INNOCENCE Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG But if I were to make the whole thing or post it I'd want to make a more spece efficient way of doing it :( 2 columns *-I'm so suppposed to know that Koukaku Kidoutai is Ghost in the Shell while Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence is just Innocence. Rei Rei
But Fist of the North Star is the litteral translation for Hokuto no Ken.
YokaiKnight
I'm sure you can figure out what I just finished. In my (very) limited body of experience, it's probably the best anime I've seen all the way through, even if it's not the one I've watched the most obsessively. So next...what's the best Gundam series to start with? Specifically, I'm looking for an involving storyline. I think I'd seen episodes of G Gundam (don't recommend it), Mobile Suit Gundam, Gundam Wing, and unfortunately SD Gundam.
Rei
I saw posts about mecha earlier that I missed :(. I loved G Gundam just for how absurd it was.
CGV
Love Hina sure does have horrible dubs, but that still wont stop me from watching it!
