FE7 How to edit Class Roll/Fixing Res for Lyn chars return

The first one, Is there a way to edit the classes on the class Roll?

The seccond, Will is getting 32 RES when returns in Noble Lady of Caelin, i saw this problem earlier,but there was no solution. I added 3 new chars to Lyn Mode, i think it has to do something with it...How do i fix this issue, and how do i do, if i want those 3 chars to have new inventory? When those 3 chars rejoin after Lyn mode,they keep their las inventory.
