For some reason, after the following battle I was able to get Flora, but I thought that I would get Izana after the next battle... Well, it didn't happen. Is this normal? Ertrick36 Posted June 29, 2016 Share Posted June 29, 2016 Are you on Chapter 23 yet? Izana comes as soon as you get the hot spring upgrade as well as get to chapter 23.
