But if you want to exploit his potential to be a rally bot, well he already has Rally Skill, so you want to give him Rally Strength from Keaton and then another rally from his wife, ideally Rally Speed, then replicate from his mechanist class access and finally Rally Spectrum or, if you can't or won't use DLC, maybe locktouch.
