If you had feel like it your Gordin might have Vantage and Attack + 3 once you unlock them for him so it's probably randomized for enemy heroes or put there specifically for the sake of map design. Sire Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 Yes, AI heroes in Story Mode can have different skills. The most notable that comes to my mind is the finale of the first Awakening chapter. It's also worth mentioning that in the highest levels of the training tower, the AI enemies sometimes are equipped with 6 skills (!) even though playable characters have only 4.
