Worth it to make tomorrows Olivia into a 4*? I'm still saving up to make either Abel or Lilina into a 5*.

If you don't expect to pull one it might. 2200 can be made up in the arena in a week excluding quests.

But if you only need a dancer* I don't recommend investing a ton unless you like the character. 

Edit: *Upgrade until she gets dance if she doesn't have it, then she'll be as useful as possible.
