Keep in mind, this isn't a "how much you like it" rating, but a "how much it weirds you out" rating. So you may have to give a really high weirdness rating for a video you greatly detest, or a really low weirdness rating for a video you greatly enjoy. If you really want to, I guess you can give two ratings: one for weirdnesss and one for enjoyment. As for house rules in regards to content, keep it safe for work (so no excessive violence, sexual content, etc.) and keep videos under 5 minutes (if they are over 5 minutes, specify a time frame to watch like 1:18-6:03).
