Weapon+Movement Combinations not seen yet

Scouring the list of weapons and movement types I believe we've seen every infantry combination (actually there's no infantry colourless breath user), but that's it. Ignoring coloured bows/daggers the following are missing.

Mounted Breath user (of all colours)

Mounter Dagger user

Armoured Stave user

Armoured Dagger user

Armoured Red Breath user

Armoured Blue Breath user

Flying Stave user

Flying Blue Breath user

Infantry Colourless Breath user

Armoured Colourless Breath user

Just for completeness, we're also missing armoured, mounted, stave, bow, and every breath except blue dancers (probably some more I didn't notice too).

And note, some combinations (most noteably all armoured mages, rip Jugdral. Also can you believe all the flying tome users are seasonals? Malig Knights and Dark Fliers are a thing IS, and they're rather popular at that) are only achieved using seasonals. The only weapon combination I can't really see working is mounted breath users. I guess there's nothing technically making it impossible, but it's just feel rather weird to me. For everything else I think it's not too must of a stretch. I suggest

Spoiler

Yukimura for mounted dagger user. You could dress anyone up in a seasonal, but among canon characters, he's by and large the one that makes the most sense. Even before posting I remembered we have a mounted dagger user in the form of Spring Linde, but I'm keeping this here because it's a good idea.

Armoured Stave User: You could dress any of the traditional clerics up in armour as some kind of alt for this, but I think the canon character that would make the most sense is Renault, given he's rather bulky as far as mages go and has a history of being of a more combat orientated profession.

Armoured Red Breath: I think Duma or Bantu could work well here. Duma a final boss much like Grima, while Bantu heavily focused on defense in the very first Fire Emblem, so I could see him being a defense focused armour.

Armoured Blue Breath: Idoun maybe? For final boss reasons. Although blue is more associated with light magic, so maybe Nagi or Naga?

Flying Stave user: This is probably the least contrived of the unused combinations as there's loads of games where Falcon Knights use staves. Although none of them are quite associated with staves, as you gain most Falcon Knights as Pegasus Knights first who can't use staves. My pick would be an Elincia alt, as she has staves from base and can use them rather well. But in the interest of limiting alts, someone like Fury or Cynthia could work.

Flying Blue Breath user: Mila has wings and I think she'd be a blue breath more than anything else. Lillith could work well too.

Colourless Infantry Breath unit: Kurtnaga, because I feel black translate to Colourless better than any actual colour for some reason.

Colourless Armoured Breath unit: Dehgensea. Per the above.

For the dancers, Faye would make the most sense a stave dancer. I could also see Elphin being a mounted bow user purely because he fell off a horse when he got shot by an arrow XD

The other combinations I don't think anyone in the series really fits into well, but it wouldn't really be impossible to make. I'd particularly like an armoured stave user to better clear those quests where you have to use all armoured allies. Who do you think would be most suited to fill these untapped niches?

Morgan and Nino are non-seasonal flying mages.

I think armored mage, armored archer, cavalry dagger, red tome flier, dagger flier, and red breath flier are the seasonal-only ones right now.

Ah, this is true. Although the Nino alt is still based on a class she has nothing to do with in her original game (hell, a class that hadn't even been introduced to the series during her original game, or maybe still hasn't been introduced at all given the Pegasus isn't black). I echo what I've said before, I'm surprised Aversa hasn't gotten into the game yet given all the unique attributes she has as a unit (plus boobs).

I'm guessing Aversa will be added in the Farfetched Heroes banner, or a future Awakening banner.

I guess it's a bit strange that she wasn't in the recent Awakening banner, but saving her for Farfetched Heroes is one good reason for that.

Awakening as in Branded King or am I forgetting one? If it is that one, it makes some sense. Chrom and Morgan were probably big enough draws. No sense blowing Aversa who's almost certain to be a big draw too. Plus thematically, she would've felt a little shoehorned. Then again, not like Karla didn't in the Fang banner. *shrug*

Anyway, armored staff user sounds awful. I don't need wrazzle dazzle with that much BST in my life.

I think Medeus would be a good pick for armored colorless breath, too. Earth dragons don't have a color strongly associated with them, and unlike Duma, Medeus doesn't seem to be associated with aggression in anyway. He seems practical more than anything.

I mean the Sumia/Maribelle/Libra one last month. Seems like she could have taken Olivia's spot.

Oh wow, I completely forgot that banner existed. Yeah, she would've fit in there pretty well.

I almost forgot about it, too. I was going to say the only new Awakening banner had been Chrom's and she'd likely be in the next one, but it turns out she already missed that chance.

Little Kana getting a dragonback ride from Corrin. We need tag/twin/duo units, one in gameplay, two in character.

Alternatively, surf/snow/skateboarding dragon for a Seasonal.

Barons could use Staffs, unfortunately they're all forgettable ugly old men.

Barons could use staves, but I don't think a single one in either game comes with a stave equipped. Actually Cowen harrowed you with Berserk staves in the Reinhardt chapter, and maybe a few other even more minor bosses did that. But there's no chance Cowen would ever have of getting in the game unless they pulled some kind of banner that was Reinhardt, Cyas and Cowen just because Reinhardt bias.
