Note this is my own opinion and how I would go about it. Also whatever skills classes could learn from the past games like Awakening and Fates are relevant. This is a new Blank slate. I'm mostly doing this for fun. Boost Spoiler Earth Boost: At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ foe's HP+3, grants Def+6 during combat. Class: general(level 15) Water Boost: At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ foe's HP+3, grants Res+6 during combat. Class: Bishop(level 15) Fire Boost: At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ foe's HP+3, grants Atk+6 during combat. Class: warrior(level 15) Wind Boost: At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ foe's HP+3, grants Spd+6 during combat. Class: Swordmaster(level 15) Close/Distant Defense. Spoiler Close Defense: If unit is attacked by a foe at 1 range, unit gets +6 Def/Res during combat. Class: Great Knights(level 15) Distance Defense: If unit is attacked by a foe at 2 range units gets +6 Def/Res during combat. Class: Druid or whatever their called(level 15) Stances Spoiler Steady Stance: Grants Def+6 during combat when this unit is attacked. Class: halberdier(level 5) Warding stance: Grants Res+6 during combat when this unit is attacked. Class: Mage Knights(level 5) Fierce Stance: Grants Atk+6 during combat when this unit is attacked. Class: Griffon Knight(level 5) Darting stance: Grants Spd+6 during combat when this unit is attacked. Class: Arbalist(remained Kinshi knights also level 5) Is this likely? In all honestly probably not. It's still fun craft these ideas and tell others. I hope this inspires you to think about it, and come up with your skill sets.
