null
Cleared the Delirium Lava Ruins in RF4. It was a pretty steep jump in difficulty, although the actual dungeon was more difficult than the boss, tbh. Once I trigger the beginning of the second arc, I'll probably focus on making better equipment, better weapons, earning as much money as possible, and activating Dolce's marriage event (since you can't actually do that until the second arc begins). Armagon
@Lightchao42 and so it begins As for my thoughts on the original movies, i won't lie, it does feel like a Godzilla knockoff at times. Hell, one of the scenes just blatently rips off a scene from the original Godzilla. But it's an alright movie all things considered. I do like how they defeat Gamera in this: intentionally causing an oil spill and lighting it on fire to lure Gamera to an island where they trap him inside a rocket and send him to Mars. All in all, a 6/10 imo. Also Gamera's roar makes my ears bleed. Anyways, i hope to there are better movies here and i'm curious to see how the Guardian of the Universe compares to the Eight Wonder of the World and the King of the Monsters. 3 hours ago, Interdimensional Observer said: From the Hyrule Warriors soundtrack, which blends classic Zelda tunes with Musou beats (some compositions are original to HW), three of the tracks I like.: I haven't heard the Hyrule Warriors OST in a long while but if i may share one of the songs i like from it I haven't played either but while Fire Emblem Warriors does apear to be better designed in it's gameplay, i do think Hyrule Warriors got the bigger end of the stick with the soundtrack. 8 minutes ago, twilitfalchion said: Once I trigger the beginning of the second arc, I'll probably focus on making better equipment, better weapons, earning as much money as possible, and activating Dolce's marriage event (since you can't actually do that until the second arc begins). Wait, does that apply to everyone? Cause i'm trying to marry Clorica and have a child before starting the second arc which has resulted in a burnout because i'm limited in what i can do. I married her before doing much of anything else on my 3DS file. Here's how it works for each of the bachelors and bachelorettes: "Arthur, Clorica, Vishnal, Forte, Kiel, Xiao Pai, Amber and Margaret should all be able to be married off during the first plot/arc of the game. Dolce/Leon/Dylas cannot be married until the beginning of the 2nd arc. Doug cannot be married or even wooed until AFTER the 2nd arc is completed." 3 minutes ago, Shrimperor said: F F

Huh, best I remember that one didn't had a requirement other than The Running Sign event. No need to get to the second arc. 5 minutes ago, Armagon said: Wait, does that apply to everyone? Only exceptions: Spoiler The Earthmates until you rescue them for obvious reasons. Margaret you need Dylas rescued. Doug needs to finish the main storyline. I wanted to recommend the Gamera series to you at some point, though it turns out I didn't need to. I haven't seen any Gamera films (I probably should), but the Heisei trilogy is usually considered to be among the best kaiju films so you have those to look forward to. The Showa movies are obviously silly, but it seems that you enjoy cheesy monster fights so you'll probably get enjoyment out of most of them. Yeah the Showa Gamera movies are honestly the ones i'm looking forward to the most. When i look at the Godzilla franchise, even though i dont think the Showa era is the best Godzilla era (i say as my top two Godzilla movies are from the Showa era), i do find it the easiest to like and i have the feeling that the same will apply to Gamera. Hell, i've already seen the famous Gamera pole swing gif: Shouldn't he be swinging the other way though? I will say the only Gamera movie i'm not looking forward to is Super Monster, because from what i've heard about it, it's basically All-Monsters Attack but turned up to 11. FEW did away with all of that, for some reason.

Persona Royal has two more arcana supports and I think Akechi's link became from a fixed to a flexible one (means consumes time) if I'm not wrong, so I consider it very difficulty to reach max. rank with most people. In my regular Persona 5 run aside of the fixed supports I only had max. rank with Ryuji, Mishama and the politician. My goal is try to reach max. rank with Kasumi since it was voted by the "majority". Though I have only level 5 with her right now, and I have done about the half of the game already. MisterIceTeaPeach
Here, some wake up tune: I grabbed this game on Steam yesterday. I know I will never be able to listen to this theme considering how incredibly difficult extra stage is. Comparing to its rather tame sequel Danmaku Festival I is much MUCH harder from what I've played so far.

Acacia Sgt
Okay, after a long hiatus, I resumed my Chrono Trigger playthrough. I'm just about done with it, just doing a New Game + to get the ending achievements, because the completionist in me just wouldn't be satisfied leaving it half-finished. Ah, such a good game. I should replay Chrono Cross too at some point.
MisterIceTeaPeach
Made another Mario Maker level: Spoiler BD7-DKV-XSF If you hate slow paced levels and magic koopas, you woun't have much fun with this one. 1 hour ago, Caster said: It's not that hard... Certain stats of Joker weren't high enough to start / continue certain supports. In this run it's much better because he has each stat at level 4 right now, so I could start Makoto's link as I will be able to start Haru's instantly once it's available. I'm not using a guide for the answers (only use it for gifts). Since Royal has more support options it gives the chance of gaining extra support points by having a phone chat after each done conversation where you can get bond points by chosing the right answer. I have no idea how will my supports end since I'm done only halfway yet.

I helped my gf max rank P4 Golden (I have never played Golden in my life) and P5 with almost no issue. The only game that's way too difficult completely max everyone is persona 3, where you have to do everything almost perfectly.I have never used any gifts in Persona 5, they aren't needed to max anyone. I'm just going to give up on this conversation and sleep. Edited August 23, 2020 by Caster
MisterIceTeaPeach
I never played a remake of a Persona game, so I don't know the differences. I agree it's definitely easier to build supports in Persona 5 than in 3, since I could start one with every existing arcana unlike in 3 where I missed about 3-4 like Mitsuru just to give one example. In general playing Persona 5 Royal gives me the actual question why I even played the original game. The more I think about it it was a waste of time, not gonna lie. Royal feels more complete although some added gameplay things like "Showtime" weren't needed imo because they just make the game artificially easier. Funnily I own two versions of Persona 5 (PS3 and 4), and the PS4 version includes all DLCs. And I don't intend to spend 100 more hours of my freetime to play this the game with DLCs again. Would be great if they assembled an anthology of DWs 2-6, all the oldies tied together, and release it outside of Japan too (Japan-only releases seem not uncommon with some DW ports- Dragon Quest Warriors 1&2's Switch port never came aboard). The only Samurai Warriors I've played is the first 3DS Chronicles one. Of Samurai Warriors, I've played Chronicles 3 on the 3DS and Samurai Warriors 4. I'd say I preferred DW8 over SW4 as far as the way the characters play goes (DW8 characters feel overall smoother to play as), but SW4 has the better characters - to me, at least. Though I have my favorites in both, of course (all of which are probably rather boring choices for favorites, admittedly). 10 hours ago, Interdimensional Observer said: From the Hyrule Warriors soundtrack, which blends classic Zelda tunes with Musou beats (some compositions are original to HW), three of the tracks I like.: Excellent choices! MisterIceTeaPeach
I hate to say this, but this dungeon makes me seriously want Haru should have been sold off. It's the worst dungeon in Persona and one of the worst dungeons in JRPGs I've played yet. Anyways best dungeon (casino) is yet to come, so I should look forward to this instead of complaining! Btw Haru's father sounds so much like Professor Schmidt from Cold Steel as slow as pronounced he speaks. Have no idea if they share the same voiceactor.
