Speaking of magic, I didn’t get to try out combining fire and ice and lightning because that shaman lady was the one unit I needed the least and so didn’t deploy for the red chapter. It has environmental effects with different elements (Which CRPG's have had for a while) but regardless it looks like it will be a way more strategic and tactical game then their previous one. I think it’s because there are three “traits” that define the story decisions you get to make, which would affect the strategy by determining what chapters you even go to.
