The one thing I was extremely confused about was why did units leave their brain inside their mounts when dismounting to forget everything they learned about combat and suddenly force themselves to use weapons they've barely seen in their life. When the main option is super harped on in a game where they give you multiple options, it just gets aggravating to me. Many VNs offer many ends where all of them are canon. In games ships are just there for the waifubando crowd, usually. And as much as i harp at the FE support system, atleast it allows me to play Matchmakter with everyone, and not just typical rpg MC only. My character was half-evil, but I'm a sucker for character interaction so I tried to keep everyone alive (and told Lelie a little white lie to preserve her life). My further characters were rather good guys all the way, though, except for my second run of DA2 where I went full-on evil and it was beautiful. Except for the Varric bits. Yeah true, but atleast it isn't an MC only privilige (even if they usually have the most options) like in most other jrpgs god it pisses me off so much when game pulls the options but not really thing and everything writing wise suffers from it, and i just grow to hate the 'main' options (mostly because in every game i played that has that it came off as forced af and i hated the characters involved, but the pushing doesn't help either) Edited December 20, 2021 by Father Shrimpas Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
