Still, in a weird way I can respect "I put this in because I'm into that shit" more than "I put this in because there are creeps out there with a lot of money". But more importantly Emblem Saga always stayed true to it's Gundam inspired roots. Fire Emblem is entirely dedicated to fellatiate a player self-insert. And it's clearly far more afraid that there might be a single narcissist out there that feels not properly worshipped by their games then they are that people might just be flatout creeped out by what terrible people the avatar and his boot lickers are.
