But from a gameplay standpoint, I feel like Palla and Est are the two best, and for art...they're all kinda tied. So, I'll throw my vote to Minerva, purely because of character favoritism.

A Starter Support: Free Hero Event was held on Twitter in which the community could vote for the most popular Hero between Palla, Catria, Est and Narcian. Narcian: Wyvern General was victorious, and was redeemable as a special one-time log-in bonus between September 16, 2017 and September 25, 2017.
