Ike was in two FE games (most important character in both, sure Micaiah was too, but the whole ending and finishing blow was dedicated to Ike) and he's in Brawl too. For Americans, it is. It's essentially the same as round one but with four matches instead of eight. As usual, two characters will go on to the next round from each group. New group is Lilina, Fin, Leaf and Jeigan. I would say that Marth and Roy are the most important because their presence in melee raised awareness to the series outside of Japan. Ike and his games did nothing like that.
