MasterJP28 Posted July 15, 2023 Share Posted July 15, 2023 (edited) Hey all. I'm doing a draft run with a few buddies and one of them came across something unusual. In chapter 14, he set up Merrin with Lucina and activated Bonded Shield with Paladin Ash adjacent to Merrin, Cavalry 100% activation and all. The boss used the Fracture Staff to break Merrin, and when the other bosses attacked Ash, Bonded Shield did not activate once, the little icon was still displayed. Does Break cancel out Bonded Shield/Chain Guard? Sorry if this was answered before, I just couldn't find anything online about it. Here's a quick clip of it.
