  1. wow this game is effed up ur so brave for playing it i probably would have chickened out as soon as it started getting gross
  2. Nonsense. Everyone knows Lucia is Elincia's paramour.
  3. I've updated the doc to include the averages of the cipher characters.
  4. Ooh yeah, randomizers are fun. This patch does make a few changes in addition to reversing recruitment, but nothing too major.
  5. All right then, I think I'll submit something. Project: Creature Campaign Reverse Recruitment Platform: FE8 Showing: Patch
  6. I have an idea for a ragefest hack. I wanna finish watching all your ragefest vids before I get started though. I'm currently on 4's Trapped in Painful Places.
  7. Moulder also starts with C staves, whereas Natasha starts with D. Staff rank alone makes Moulder much more useful than Natasha. Anyway, I have plenty of them, though the big one is Marisa, who is def one of my favorite FE characters, if not my favorite.
  8. Making a patch is actually super easy. All you need is a patching tool, most of which let you make patches in addition to applying them, a clean rom, and your edited rom. The patching tool should have an option to create a patch, select it, and it'll ask for the original unmodified file and the new modified file. Select your clean rom and your edited rom, respectively. Congrats, you've made a patch.
  9. same and now im incredibly disappointed
  10. Yeah, but I couldn't tell you what.
  11. Whatever chapter they join in. EDIT: You also have to do it BEFORE you recruit them, otherwise it's too late and you have to edit your save instead.
  12. Edit their class in the chapter unit editor. Be sure to do it in the CUE, and no the character editor, because editing it there just changes what class appears in the support log.
  13. Yep. You just got to edit his class in the chapter unit editor. To be on the safe side, I'd go ahead and edit his class in the character editor too.
  14. Oh nice. You even calculated Julius's growths.
  15. As you may know, growth rates of second gen characters are equal to the base growth rate of the same-gendered parent + half the growth rate of the opposite-gendered parent + holy blood bonuses. Julia, the child of Deirdre and Arvis, has known growth rates, as does her mother, while Arvis doesn't, but we can use this formula to figure out Arvis's apparent growths. For reference, here's Deirdre's growths: HP 40(70 with HB factored in) Str 10 Mag 10(70 with HB factored in) Skl 20 Spd 10 Lck 10 Def 10 Res 10(70 with HB factored in) And here are Julia's: HP 50(90 with HB factored in) Str 10 Mag 30(100 with HB factored in) Skl 20 Spd 30 Lck 30 Def 10 Res 10(50 with HB factored in) If we take Julia's base growths, subtract Deirdre's base growths from them, and then double the result, we'll get Arvis's base growth, after which we just factor his holy blood bonuses(major Vala, minor Loptyr) to get the full growths. So here they are: HP 20(70 with HB factored in) Str 0 Mag 40(120 with HB factored in) Skl 0 Spd 40 Lck 40 Def 0 Res 0(20 with HB factored in) They're quite interesting to say the least. He's got 3 0s and a hella magic growth. Granted, these probably shouldn't be taken too seriously, as I doubt they had growths for Arvis in mind when they made the game, but it was a neat little thing to calculate.
  16. Elinicia should have been the lord in PoR tbh.
  17. I like to live life on the edge
  18. Yeah. It depends on how lucky you get with star shard drops. I initially got one for both armies, with Alm's taking quite a bit faster (or at least it felt like it did), and I managed to be able to make a third in postgame. It generally doesn't take more than a couple hours if you're efficient though.
