  1. To complete the game, reclassing isn't really needed. If you want to brave the Apotheosis DLC, you're going to need to reclass. A lot
  2. I'm not going to pick and choose Christianity sects out of the several thousand that exist. Catholism and Protestant represents the majority. Also, this forum is the wrong place for religous debates. This is discussing how Grima was a fail of a villain, and FE If should have a better one.
  3. Which ones? Christianity used to have that, but it doesn't anymore. Islam (yes, that's included in Abrahamic) only has that in radicalism (which isn't really Islam), and Judaism itself never had it to begin with (Google "Noahide"). [i am Saint Walker, Blue Lantern. It's my job to know this stuff] I'm annoyed that "Grima" shares a name with a minor Lord of the Rings villain, Grima Wormtongue. Who gets killed by hobbits.
  4. A skilled player can use the timer bar on the enemy turn count to determine how many enemies are left, and of what type. Ex. creepers always go first, queens last, you get the idea. i actually enjoy trying to figure out where the enemy is moving. I'm a level short of completing, and the plot is looking pretty flat so far. Dorothy is useful, despite what people say. It's Randolph Carter I despise.
  5. Wow. Missed that. But my arguement still stands
  6. Why does everyone think Pair Up is returning? This I do not understand. Obviously, Dual Support (strike / guard) is returning, however, enemies can use it too. The Pairr Up feature was fun, but it's essentially required on Hard / Lunatic / Lunatic+ difficulties, which takes the fun out of fielding a 15-20 unit army, and instead running around with half a dozen superunits.
  7. Well, Halberdiers, for one. And this weird "ninja" class? Also, there may be more shapeshifters, and thief is getting an overhaul.
  8. Mage Fighter is antiquadated. Very slim chance of that coming back. In terms of Tactician/ Grandmaster: Look, Robin is broken. Deny that, please but he is. In everything, his abilities, and his dual tome/sword And Nintendo made him broken on purpose, as he's a main character which you aren't required to drag to every level.. A side, OP character really should not happen.
  9. Will they even show up? Robin's mom is mentioned, like twice. Admittedly is dad's mentioned a lot more...
  10. Yes, of course this is the case. World peril is required. Also, name a FE game that the primary antagonist showed up at the beginning.
  11. Patience is a virute. As well as thriftiness. And I'm ten seconds away from following suite. Why do these games have to be so good?
  12. I have NEVER had a problem training thieves. They're fast, agile, and can crit just as good as myrms with a killing edge. Put them in woods against an army of Barbarians/ Fighters/ Pirates and that's all the exp you'll ever need.
  13. That seems most plausible from the trailers. A lot of first-person views. Also, i would think Dragon form is tghe same regardless.
  14. Aren't bows weak against swords in this game? So, now thieves will get slaughtered by myrms? Not sure if I like this. Also, just because Virion was terrible in FE13 doesn't mean they should eliminate the Archer class.
  15. Take a look at the dragon that Avatar turns into in the new trailer (at around 1:38-9). Now take a look at the dragon in the original trailer in January (at around 1:38-9) It's the same. So, the Avatar is a bad guy? Isn't a bad guy, but is possessed by one? Not attempting to kill Dancer Girl in the original trailer like it seemed? Quite possibly, not only is there a split in paths (Hoshida vs Nohr), there is a significant split in endings as well, i.e. perhaps the diffrence from becoming a absolute dictator, to a peaceful monarch. I say this as there seems to many variables to juggle with just one major split alone.
  16. Lobster is an uncle, I would think. Also, the dancing girl may not be a human at all. Possibly an avatar of the Avatar's dragon. (Couldn't help but do that, sorry.)
  17. Fire emblem IS known for it's "bonds" system, which allows greater game invovlement with its characters, than say, advance wars. However, the marriage system in Awakening was neccesitated by plot, and I feel certain characters (Ricken, Lissa, Henry, Libra, and especially Lon'qu jump to mind) had the marriage system forced. So, to cap up, the S-rank system was great, and will likely be repeated, the whole marriage thing, not so much. Perhaps a support limit, like the Gameboy games featured, will be used. On a side note, the Nohr woman reminds me of Lust the homunculus. (shudder)
  18. So, the trailer has a Hoshida (with a hairstyle rivaling Sonic the Hedgehog) getting shot. Repeatedly. The obvious question is, who is he, and why is he getting shot? So i'm proposing the obvious answer, which is the Avatar's birth father, who was killed by Nohr troops, for reasons unknown (but possibly pertaining to this whole dragon thing). Again, for reasons unknown, Porcupine Hair had his kid with him, which was kidnapped by Prime Nohr Leader (the evil king guy. Not Marx). The kid was then raised as Nohr royalty, probrably because Prime Nohr Leader knew of the Avatar's powers. Cue the game. Thoughts? Theories? Please?
  19. Potentially, it could allow you to recruit the faction specific characters, excepting Marx and Samurai (i don't knoiw the name of the Hoshida leader)
  20. I love how Nohr (derived from Noir [black, latin origin], I assume) are the "bad guys". The Noir - exclusive trio does have an Aversa doppelganger, but a Lissa one as well (!). The Hoshida is, let's see, a Cordelia, Micaiah, and Ephraim doppelgangers. I think Hoshida is the optimal choice for Awakenings addicts, but those who enjoyed, say, Geneology of Holy War, or possibly Blazing Sword should enjoy the more erratic Nohr side. And, this is just mere speculation, but the dancer isn't an actual person, but possibly an avatar for a dragon spirit, possibly one symbiotically linked with Kamui's. On a side note Noir the archer has a multiple personality disorder (not scizophrenia, that's something else), and I'm not sure why. EDIT: I can spell "scizophrenia" right, but not "multiple".
  21. This is my duty as a Blue Lantern to say: Have Faith. Not faith, but Faith. And if you don't have it, try finding some.
  22. I can't get that clip of the exploding ax in the trailer out of my head, thinking "that's a mace". Then it explodes. So... maybe it's a staff? A new type of staff, the offensive kind? And that's why it does laughable damage? Thoughts, anyone? Also, I'm kind of new, so if this has been theorized before, I apologize.
  23. Greetings human, my name is Saint Walker. I hail from ... Okay, I'm not actually like that. But I am a GL junkie, as well as turn-based strategy games. I'm glad to join up. As we say in the Blue Latern Corp - All will be well!
