"In FEA most, if not all S-rankable females are virgins, some guys can be argued as virgins as well and most characters who can marry exhibit first love into marriage syndrome. Does this game change this idealistic notion of first love to marriage at all? I can see how Zero is maturely written and this is definitely a step in a different direction. But after reading the supports a bit, I'm still feeling that the first love to becoming the one and only love to marriage is still prevalent. For example Camilla and Hinoka both exhibit this tendency, saying the Avatar (M) is the only one they loved and have loved for a long time etc. But both are the first princesses, so I guess virginity to them is very important, not only that but this is set in medieval times where chastity is quite valuable. I think I might be thinking too much but with the inclusion of Zero and Shara, I thought characters will exhibit less virgin tendencies and the writing will not always be first love --> marriage type trope."

NoA... is weird. I don't see the problem with ear cleaning and bathing together in onsen.

But swimming would be just... odd. Very odd. Bathing together in an onsen is TOTALLY different from swimming. There is an onsen in my castle... so if characters can go there, why does NoA have to censor bathing in onsen?

Wait, is it the act of ear cleaning that NoA finds offensive? Or is it the bathe together with me lines that NoA finds offensive? Serious question here as to whether NoA will censor Camilla's support convo with Avatar. --- I am 99.99% sure Amie lines will be censored - which is why I am curious about the support lines which are milder.

Will Camilla x Male Avatar's support convo be censored? Ear cleaning will be replaced with sewing or baking for example? Is there anything offensive in those supports? Like the map hidden inside Camilla's bosom.

This sort of obsession/love or the Avatar is much much deeper than Tharja's for the other Avatar. Its more lovelier too. I mean the map between the chest is hilarious! Camilla can be so cute sometimes. I am now wondering when did she think of such an idea. A map between her bosom.

Sexist-rhetoric? Lol. Camilla sews. And yes she sews for Avatar. It can't be sexist when I'm describing a fact that Camilla herself stated. I don't need to reach a conclusion. All I need to do is to voice my displeasure that the ridiculous outfit for Camilla because it is truly retarded. Belka should teach Camilla how to dress in battle.

This is not the image of a fighter: Camilla should just keep sewing capes for her beloved Avatar back in her Castle and enjoy walking around in her garden instead. The permed long hair, the bare frontal chest, the hidden eye... all these are impractical and potentially can increase her chances of death in battle. This is just ridiculous design IDK why Camilla shouldn't be just confined to her silly lady chambers instead. This is more like it:

Thank you for the replies. I have one last question: As many characters have multiple S-support options, what is the canon-status of the other S-supports that I do not view? Will I lose out on anything if I choose to only view the S-support pairings I want in a playthrough? Or must I view every single S-support pairing so I can best decide which pairing is most "canon". If someone can show me the light on this last question, I will be forever in your gratitude and will be a happy girl gamer :D

If I srank avatar and joker in my game, is joker canonically married to avatar? If joker says avatar is his first love, is this canon in my playthrough regardless? I just want to know what is the right way to think about headcanon as that thread rattled my thoughts.

How do I make sure I'm thinking the correct way regarding headcanon. Basically my question is how to think about which support pairing is canon and how to think about support pairings that are POSSIBLE but not chosen by me. Any advice welcome!
