More like Treehouse is too lazy and can't figure out way to throw outdated memes and unnecessary lines to try and look like there are "hip" with the young folks.
Non-romantic
Sophie and Caeldori - A support about shampoo.
Localized Caeldori and Rhajat - A support that ends with a "Be yourself" message comes off more of something you see on an after school special
Romantic
Silas and Camilla - Silas was an errand boy delivering messages to Corrin throughout the support.
Short answer, yes, you'll still lose out on a kid. So either, bite the bullet and decide on giving one of them up or stick with a Corrin-only support/kid unit.
You can put the blame on Treehouse and their "infinite wisdom" for how Soleil's S-ranks feel so flat for most of her supports. Looking through the Japanese translation, it does end with that Soleil and whoever she's talking to admitting to have developed romantic feelings and such. I don't know. It just feels like Treehouse decided to pigeonhole Soleil into her character troupe than what the Japanese version did to her with the whole pushing to remain friends.
Which one? English or Japanese?
The Japanese one had Caeldori admitting that she was jealous of Rhajat's figure and Rhajat figured to "help" Caeldori get over her insecurities with her body by making her not ashamed of showing if off with a talisman (Reverse of the Cordelia and Tharja's Summer Scramble conversation), complete with removing and putting the talisman back on.
